Any Lab Test Now Houston

This place is HORRIBLE.
They get your results back from the lab but it takes them several days to contact you to give you the results.
You PAY for the test, they take your BLOOD, they send the samples out to the lab and when the results come back they SIT ON THEM — NOT CONTACTING YOU WITH YOUR RESULTS.
I have called every time I have had tests done and have to ask for results.
They have your email but they don’t send them automatically. or they wait until all tests come back «so we don’t have to send individual emails…»
THIS IS CRAZY.
If you get the tests done it’s because you need or want the results but they have no sense of urgency about getting the results to you at all.
They do not care.
I had a manager John argue with me on the phone, and he finally just hung up on me.
ALL I WANTED WAS MY RESULTS.
I have been in several times and they have my phone number, my email info from EVERY SINGLE TIME I’VE BEEN IN. but they don’t forward the results. sometimes it has been over 5 days that the results were in their possession and I still haven’t been given them.
This is NOT professional.
This is NOT customer service.
This is NOT what you pay for.
I say do NOT use this business. at all. ever. period.
Plus, once a woman took blood from some very strange and odd vein in my arm when the usual vein was HUGE and visible. she poked me and hurt me and it was sore for DAYS… not sure why that happened.
HORRIBLY OPERATED BUSINESSES… AWFUL.

This a very good place has a lot of different lab tests with good prices you can get. Full blood work test for just 60 dollars you don’t need insurance, and the employees are very nice especially a lady named Maria she is very friendly.
