I had an amazing experience today buying a feburbished refrigerator. The woman that helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of within my time and budget constraints. The refrigerator is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!

I picked this place based on the all star reviews. Tried calling to schedule a repair several times but always get a recorded message that they’re either assisting other customers or on the other line. Just a tip Appliances-​N-​More, if you want to keep the light bill paid answer your phone. Customer’s want to talk to a live person not a machine. I’m calling another appliance company who actually wants the business.

My dryer stopped working, which is a real pain with a big family. I first called Sears who could not send someone out for 4 days. I search Unilocal,find this place and called them at 8AM the next day and they had someone out later that morning. Guy was fast and experienced. He stuck around after the fix and made sure everything was in good order, and the price was more than fair. I will definitely use them again.

I was repairing my dryer and needed a thermal fuse part. Ron was very helpful and cautioned me on what to look for in the vent. He stated matter of factly to run a water hose through it and get it clean. So I checked the vent and saw there was not much in it, started to install the vent and remembered what he told me about the water hose. I flushed the pipe and a very large amount of lint came out along with a wasp nest that was as big as a baseball and was plugging the vent where I could not see it… had he not told me I would be repairing again… hats off to him and I would highly recommend these folks… A++++

The people here were very friendly and helpful. They could have sold me a replacement washer when I brought mine in but suggested that I let them take a look and see if they couldn’t fix mine. Ron found it to be a simple hose that he replaced. Instead of $ 250 — $ 350 for a replacement washer, it cost me $ 43 for a hose replacement. I highly recommend these folks.
