Horrible. Aside from the«one-off» time that we found mold in the salad bar broccoli, and a cockroach in the macaroni(no, this is not fabricated, or even exaggerated) the food is inconsistent at best, and just inedible at worst. Everything is hit or miss. Some days the chicken salad has nasty gristle in it, sometimes there is so much mayonnaise you can’t even see a solid piece of meat in it. Same with the tuna salad. It typically settles into a flat pile of mush because, not only do they fail to drain it, but they also drown it in more mayo. The guy who makes breakfast usually decides, depending on his mood of course, whether he will make you fresh eggs or just plop a pile of nasty, watery, premade eggs that set in a puddle of water onto your plate. The heating lamps that dangle from the ceiling for decorative purposes have nasty dust and grease all over the wires and lamp shades. In the case you want to find the cafeteria manager to complain, you can almost always find him in the parking garage smoking cigarettes. It’s overpriced. About the only good thing you can get there is the BBQ. Everything else there is shit. I can’t believe that a Property Management company as big as Transwestern would not have any quality control over the cafeteria that they chose to put here. Next door, in the BHP building, they have a phenomenal cafeteria. Too bad only 1⁄3 of the tenants in this building are allowed to eat there.
