Arrangement

As a retail professional, and someone who has been in this business for longer than I can remember, it is rare to find an outfit that is adamant about customer service. I find that Jody and the staff at The Arrangement are just that — diligently in pursuit of offering a good customer experience. Sure things happen and the U.S. customer is demanding, but real is real and these folks have it. I found myself involved in a situation where a customer perceived a situation to be negative. Within a very short time of the manager getting involved, the situation had be rectified and the situation was set right. I was not a party to the complaint, but someone who encountered their customer later that day at my own store. When I recommended he speak to the manager Jody, prompt response was given as I have known it to be in the past. My Compliments to the staff of The Arrangement.
