ASAP Vending Repair

Well, at first the tech answered my call right away, but then his follow through fell short. Now I don’t get a call or text back at all. I’ve been asking him to service my machine for a month now, last time I heard from him he was sick and the service van was damaged, that was 3 weeks ago. I am very disappointed, they were fast in taking my money in selling me a used machine that doesn’t work well but not in honoring the crappy 3 month warranty they say they give you. To make things worse I asked for this machine to be set up for a specific bottle size but they sized it differently and somehow not its is my fault and its up to me to find the correct size instead of them correcting the issue. Not a reliable company to do business with, not serious, horrible customer service.
