James was the sales guy who helped me and he was pleasantly great to work with! He answered all my questions and provided me with every bit of info I needed switching from my existing provider to AT&T. HOWEVER. the reason for three stars is not in relation to my one on one experience with the sales guy. James basically redeemed these stars. The store has a VERY cold atmosphere. Don’t expect to be greeted or acknowledged as you walk in. Make sure you approach someone to «sign» you in if it looks like everyone is «too busy». Apparently that’s the method there.

The customer service here is the worst ever! There was a guy with glasses working there and he was less than helpful. They are not there to serve or help customers. They are merely there to collect a paycheck. What a shame. No wonder AT and T is losing market shares. It’s because they hire incapable staffs like this.
