Chris Briere was my service advisor when I went to get my oil changed and he was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated how quickly they got me in and out as dealerships usually take forever. I also purchased my Prius here back in October and Rey was a fantastic sales man. My favorite dealership experience by far.

Was referred to autonation toyota by some members on a tundra forum, brought my truck over to have a supercharger installed. The install went smoothly, Kevin Stringfellow(service advisor) and Eric(Mechanic) were easy to deal with and made the whole process a breeze. They also had the cheapest installed price by 500 $ versus other toyota dealerships i highly recommend these guys.

We had been searching for a specific vehicle. 2016 sequoia blizzard pearl loaded with red rock interior. The price at AutoNation was about 8k lower than all others. We were at Don McGill Toyota of Katy and here is what happened. I had a price in mind to pay. Katy was $ 2,500 above that and then I read up and those jerks had also included my trade of which they were offering 5k less than what they had appraised it for 2 months earlier for. The Katy idiots were actually over MSRP after you factored in the trade. We shopped around and the other dealerships were polite but just said they couldn’t hit the price. Not only did AutoNation hit my price but auto start was on this one! There wasn’t one more option to add and my wife got what she had truly wanted. John Comyack was the Internet sales guy that we dealt with. He was upfront and told us their absolute bottom price no matter what. He wasn’t kidding. I tried and tried to get below even my number. I finally just realized I was getting what I wanted for what I was willing to pay. Thanks AutoNation and go f@&k yourselves Don McGill and your underhanded tactics!
