It’s what you would expect from Les Givrals but in a mobile food truck.

Found BanhMieria parked at the Boneyard tonight. They apparently are in the Toyota Center at Section 102. But they took on a more mobile location too.
They hail from the infamous Houston line of bahn mi places, Les Givrals.
Baguettes were fresh. Meat was fantastic. Sandwiches were cheap. The pickled carrots were delicious. There was the right amount of cilantro. And they had my favorite rooster sauce to add to my sandwich. Overall an excellent sandwich and pretty fast service for a truck.
Sandwiches were $ 3.25. But a soda /​water was $ 2, a bit ridiculous.
