I personally had a great experience at this location! I had been to the Galleria location the weekend before and was not happy with the service. The girls were very pushy, rude, and just plain not very good at selling the products that I have been buying for almost a decade!
Kendra helped me on one the biggest shopping days of the year, Black Friday! She was very professional and had just exceptional customer service!
They had so many customers in there, Kendra could have easily been just as pushy and rush my decisions, but she was patient and very helpful!
If you happen to drop in ask for Kendra!

The ladies who work here are rude and not helpful at all.
I’ve had to come back on several occasions because the makeup i purchased did not match my skin tone.
Also, on TWO occasions they rang me up for products i didn’t ask for. For instance, i purchased an eyeliner and they rang me up for two. Accident? Possibly. On two different trips though? Sounds like someone is trying to take home some free products if the customer didnt catch it.
