It was my first time using a storage facility, I couldn’t have gotten any luckier! Susan and Doug (if I remember correctly) were very pleasant and helpful, the facility itself was clean too (we used the climate control storage units)
Personally I was going thru a hard time and it was such a relief that finding/​using a storage facility became the least of my worries while using this location.

These folks are amazing! I had a bad experience with some movers and I needed a place to put all my possession until they could be moved across country. I was still shaken up from the movers and I went inside Barker Cypress Self Storage and met Susan. She was so kind and easy to work with. She was sympathetic and helped me out so quickly and fairly. Trustworthy for sure! Great clean facility with cameras and security! A definite recommend!!!
