DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I purchased barstools from this location recently. As I was walking out the front door I stopped and specifically asked Michelle (the owner) if I could return these for my money back if they didn’t look good in my home. Her response, «Yes, that would not be a problem.» I took home 4 barstools, 2 displays and 2 in a box that I have not even opened. I placed them in my home and did not like them. I called back to confirm that I could return them before I drove over and and an older woman (not Michelle) answered and said I could only receive store credit. I told her the owner specifically told me I could have my money back. She called Michelle and called me back to say that Michelle said I was «in a hurry» and I must have «misheard» her. I would not have purchased these had I known I didn’t have the option to return for my money back. This is very frustrating and very unprofessional. Handle yourself and your business better Michelle. No one likes doing business with a liar. You should ask your son and daughter the truth since they were both sitting there listening to the entire conversation. Have some integrity and character!!!

This Establishment has VERY POOR customer service. Once they get your money (which you have to pay IN FULL b4 you even receive your merchandise) you’re pretty much a slave to THEIR (and supposedly the distributor’s) time schedule. I ordered 2 barstools and was told that the maximum time of delivery would be 2 weeks. after waiting 3 weeks I contacted them only to be told that they were too busy to check on my order and that they would call me «right back». I never got a call that day. I called the next day and they said that they would check on the order and call me back and yes, you guessed it, I didnt get a call back. I called again the day after that and was told that the distributors were in California and it was too early for them to check on my order. Fine. I played the game and I waited 4 hours when it would have been noon in California to call them back. When they picked up the phone I didn’t get a hello rather I got, «Let me call you right back I’m tied up at the moment.» At that point and time I would have liked to have tied HER up and held her hostage until I got my barstools. And believe or not I STILL did not get a return call. I called back an hour later only to be told that my barstools would not be in my possession for ANOTHER WEEK AND A HALF! I took a breath and I was certainly defeated. I was considering doing more business with them to furnish my outdoor living space with their products but obviously not now. They definitely are at the point of NO Return with me.

Bought bars tools from this place for outdoor kitchen. We talked with the sales lady about the use and the fact that it was an OUTDOOR kitchen and the barstools would be OUTDOORS. Two years later the material on seats are shredded. When I walked into the store to ask for help the sales lady (same one that sold us the barstools) said the marterial is shredding because they are outdoors. I said of course they are outdoors, they were always meant to be outdoors. She informed me the material is not made for outdoors and the warranty would not cover the problem. To say I’m stunned is an understatement. What makes matters worse is that we’ve sent 5 – 6 people to this place. I hope they don’t screwed like us!
