Natalie helped me out a BUNCH today. I had store credit that I wanted to use, and I didn’t have the proper receipt. She spent an hour trying to call the help desk to get my information when she could have just as easily told ME to sit on hold with them. That’s the kind of service that I look for when I go shopping. She and I had a great conversation as well. Her outfit was also on point. All around, great experience today thanks to Natalie. I’ll be back to the Galleria store FOR SURE.

The more mature level of Generation, woo woo do I have fun looking at everything in black here from the infamous BCBG! Of course the prices sometimes makes me wanna drink three bottles of water before I rummage through and scope out the rack, but it never fails to try on those dresses full of sequins and exquisite trim and design! Love BCBG for all their worth!
