Clean spacious rooms, good fast wifi, good channels on tv. Price was very decent and they even price reduced to get me to stay. 3 things that bothered me 1. Housekeeping kept trying to bust in, I understand I did not have my do not disturb sign on(lost it) but it happened again, I signed up for late chez out and was woken up by a phone cal Asking if I was checkin out, then I found my door sign and still got a swat team entrance attempt! Pissed my husband off big time because he has just got off a 12 hour shift. 2. Another guest was lighting fire crackers right outside my room and nothing was dj be about it. 3. Breakfast sucked. But it was more good than bad stay for sure.

The rooms are sort of nice. I had no problems with them. It’s just the location sucks. Right across the street is a train track. During 1 night, 2 trains came down the track after midnight. It seriously sounds like its right outside your door. It will probably awaken you during your sleep.

A stingy project budget forced me to find a place to stay that would cost considerably less than for what I usually stay at, so I picked this one for convenient location and price. My home away from home for 4 days & nights turned out to be actually not too bad. Of course it’s located right next to a busy freeway, and all of the doors face outwards. Of course there’s no elevator to the second floor(I hate stairs). Much like your average La Quinta-style hotel, the place does have the extra advantage of having rooms with a bit more space to spread out, and the luxury of a tiny microwave sitting on a dorm-size refrigerator in your room. I’d have to say though that calling the rooms«suites» really stretches the definition. On the plus side, they have fast wi-fi service(although the server crashes once and awhile and you have to call the front desk to let them know). And the rooms are clean, and pleasant-smelling, and the bathtub and shower are nice and roomy. Good tiling, too. The a/c wall unit worked well once I finally found that elusive sweet-spot on the thermostat where it’s not too cold or not too warm. Don’t expect much from the«free breakfast» — unless you’re not really a breakfast person. Fortunately there’s a Starbucks close by along with some decent breakfast places. There are also several dinner restaurants withing walking distance(see my other area reviews). As usual with hotel accommodations, you pretty much get what you pay for. But if you have to go cheap, this is a good way to do it.
