Bio-Tex

I arrived in Houston when my mom ended up in the hospital to discover that she is a hoarder. Her home was unfit and unsafe for her to return to after surgery. I had no idea what to do or who to call for help. I typed in «Hoarder Cleanup» and came across Bio-​Tex. After spending 10 minutes on the phone with Angie, I knew they were the ones for the job. She’s the only woman involved in this industry and the only ones that actually help «sort» the items instead of just clearing out everything. Many of their clients are older women like my mom and it takes special people to treat a situation like this with compassion and efficiency at the same time. The whole crew was excellent, I even hired one of them to come back the next day (Brian — total sweetheart!)
I truly couldn’t have done this without them. Thanks so much for making a bad situation as good as it could possibly be. Angie is an angel and I am so grateful I called them!
