In our office the pouring rain came in again. The same spot was molding and causing health issues. I had contact several places and all were giving me the run around. They came out quickly and kept a good communication with me. Eric Ferguson was the Tech and sales person that took care of my care. He was very honest and had all the certifications. Out of three companies that came out I felt he was the most knowledgeable. They were not the cheapest which was fine because I wanted the problem to be done right. He came out and did exactly what he promised and did not nickel and dime us to death. Eric even made sure the area was cleaned up and was thoughtful of our time. He was on time and early always at our meetings. I would recommend Bionic Service to everyone that has the same issues. Katherine

Warning! The worst customer service, high prices and dishonest company. This company has extremely unprofessional standards. They do not respond within a reasonable time frame. They took 3 hours to get back to me via email and do not respond well to interactions over the phone. I have not interacted with any other members of the company however, the individual(Davie) whom I spoke to was incredibly rude and would not cooperate. The individual above suggested to my tenant that we were attempting to cheat our loyal tenant of many years and that we could take legal action upon her for the burst pipe that caused the damage. First and foremost, it is none of his business to be involved with the Renter/Tenant. Bionic Emergency is there to perform a service and nothing more. Second, it is highly unprofessional to make inferences about a situation beyond what their services provide.(The tenant and I have touched base and both agreed that this is no way to run a company). They do not live up to their name. Most water damages need to be looked into immediately however there is no sense of urgency with a company that has«emergency» in their name. I have called several other companies that are much friendlier and response times are much faster such as Drymore, LLC, Dryforce or ABC Restoration. Eventually we had Dryforce come out and the employee said that we did not need to take out any walls or do any extensive repair, he said the quote we had through Bionic was unbelievably high and that he would be uncomfortable charging us at all for a service that did not need to be applied. Please give your business elsewhere, Bionic Emergency Services is undeserving of our time and money. I will be taking further action with the Better Business Bureau.

An individual from Bionic tried to force his way into our condo building yesterday. We had to physically push him out of the door. Can’t say anything about their services, but I can certainly question the character of Bionic employees. I would not recommend letting these people into your home.

I would not hire this company ever again. They were referred to us by a plumbing company we hired bc we had a leak. They are highly over priced even for an emergency service granted they came at 8pm so it wasn’t like in the middle of the night. They first quoted us $ 1700 and then $ 1400 when we showed hesitancy to go with them. Their worker began with scare tactics talking about mold, etc when we said we would shop around for better price. So being first time home owners we fell for it and let him proceed with the job. He literally made two small holes in our ceiling and put fans(like the ones you can rent at Home Depot) blowing up at the holes. They put a dehumidifier in our master bath and that was pretty much the extent of the job. So the guy said that the reason it’s expensive is because of the equipment they leave for 3 – 4 days. Well this happened Friday night and they picked them up by Monday morning!!! Ohh and also they make the holes but do not patch them up! Something comical was that the guy who came out although friendly was«afraid of heights» so he took forever going up and down his ladder which was not tall enough so he used ours. Something that should have taken an hour took two and a half!!! Our builder came out and agreed we were very much over charged and notified us that there was still a significant amount of moisture. Ugh! So they put fans and left them for days which actually dried it all up. I contacted Bionic to express my grievances and although friendly the person was he immediately found a way to make it our fault. So my advice is don’t panic if you have water damage, do your homework because you can wait a bit especially if the leak is not caving in the ceiling. Bionic took advantage of our situation. Our leak was minor and did not need immediate attention like they made it sound.

Excellent service! They came immediately, very professional, they knew what they were doing and just got to work. My main contact there was a guy named Austin. He was courteous and also gave me recommendations for the plumbing guys and dry wall repair guy(both were great referrals as well). I hope I don’t have to call them for another water emergency, but if I do, I’ll be calling them!
