I went in a few weeks ago to get some samples with my contractor. I should have known then that this company is not managed correctly. I have now been trying to place an order since 9am this morning, it is now 3pm. I have left 4 voicemails for 4 different people and sent 2 emails. The people that answer the phone cannot help place an order. This is the most ridiculous situation! I have sent my credit card authorization form and still no one contacts me about the order. I am so disappointed in this company.

As a builder, if you don’t micromanage these guys, you will be sorry. (And even then…) I’ve wasted many manhours modifying my building to accommodate their errors because I can’t get what I need in a timely manner. Sure the material is fine quality when you finally get it, if it’s actually what you ordered, but know the phrase «your order is on a truck and I don’t know why you haven’t received it already» means they probably didn’t process your order yet and don’t want to tell you. Communication and trustworthiness is exceedingly poor. However, the delivery staff are good guys.
