We had a great time visiting the distillery. We had a group of 10 for a Saturday afternoon tour and Ryan was a great host. I for one learned a lot more about distilling spirits. We all enjoyed the tasting, the vodka is very smooth. Our group bought several bottles.
Ryan the only reason I didn’t give you 5 stars, is that based on your future expanding to more than just vodka, wanted to leave my self 1 to add.

Super smooth, like Billy D Williams! No alcohol bite with a subtle sweet finish, stands good alone by itself. Sampled through Ryan at a local Specs, awesome guy making awesome vodka… Go Houston!
