Real friendly. Quick and courteous and very helpful staff and mechanics. No wonder upscale client come here for repairs and service. I went to get a flat fixed on my right rear. The flat was fixed and they also gave né separate receipt to submit to rental car reimbursement. Checked air in all my other tires. They also provide oil change, inspection stickers and many more. They have old fashioned full service option with manned staff durng working hours. I give them A+

For a guy who knows nothing about cars, I was approached by an honest and caring team. I have a BMW and saved so much money by going to them for ‘the basics’ like a air filter, oil change and headlight. They were able to order the parts and have them delivered in 30 minutes. On Friday I’m having my brakes done and will save $ 1,000.

WOW! Very honest and friendly. I trust these guys with my cars. They always approach the customer in a friendly fashion, and you never have to wait to speak with someone. My services have always been «in and out». Great crew! Now the son of the owner is also running things. Family Owned and operated for sure!

This place is a scam. I came here to have them check on my car since I’m driving long distance with just the kids. The guy names me a list of things on the phone but when I got there I told him to write it down so I can discuss it with my boyfriend, he then tells me they’re «just maintenance suggestions». I know how to read a manual to know when the maintenance are due. I think I pretty much paid $ 90 for nothing! He was just trying to get me to pay for things that I don’t need. Oh yea… he kept repeated telling me I needed an oil change when I just go it done a month ago. NO THANK YOU, NEVER AGAIN!

Very disappointed with the service I have received lately. We have been bringing our personal cars as well as our work cars here for many many years. However lately the service has been bad. I have special tint on my windshield for medical reasons, I went to get my inspection sticker done. Usually Pete does a wonderful job but the men working there now RUINED my expensive film. The way the film is installed leaves an opening for 2 sticker to be placed without ruining the film. The person that did the installations however placed the sticker right over the film, when he noticed what he did he pulled on it and gouged the film and ripped it. The film is $ 200 and now has a rip, also debris from where he peeled my film was all over my dash. Did not even clean up after install. Very unprofessional. This is the second time they mess up my car. I went there to buy a new tire and when I got the tire they had completely scratched the rim. Pete had the rim fixed but twice is too much. The only good worker there now is Pete and because he is too busy to do thing and the other guys do it, it is time for me to find a new mechanic and never come back. I will attach pictures of the damage, a few extra seconds of paying attention to detail can save a lot but those guys working there dont care about that.

This has been my go-​to place for getting my oil changed for two years now. The service is always quick and friendly. I have never experienced any problems with any services or products from this location (unlike others). The oil change is not the cheapest, but I also have never been over-​sold things that some of the other places try to tell you (i.e air filters, etc.). I like feeling that the people that I am paying are being fair and I feel that way with Briargrove Texaco.

Very honest and good mechanics. They work on all types of cars. I highly recommend Briargrove Texaco.

I was out of the car and just about to swipe my card when the guy showed up to tell me it was a full service pump only. Surely he could have let me finish filling?
Would suggest that they label the pump a little better as self service only.

I’ve been taking my cars here for over 15 years, since back when this station was Voss Road Exxon. It’s still owned and operated by Demos «Dee» Thanos, who took over the business from his father.
Dee and Pete and the rest of the crew know how to treat customers honestly and well. I took my first car to them for repair just because they were in a convenient location, but kept coming back because they know how to deal with their customers honestly.
