Moved in here, very nice grounds and great office staff. Had a 700 some odd SQFT apartment for $ 950/Month Yes! I know, but it was really close to my job and very nice! I believe there was 2 break ins while I was there, March 2012-March 2013. Really nice cabinets and appliances. Never had any problems! Quiet at night, lots of families around. So paying so much for this itty bitty apartment was worth it! Left the apartment the way I got it and I didn receive my deposit back!
