Dr. Brooks is very nice and knowledgeable BUT the office is extremely old, equipment looks outdated, the cleaning subpar, bizarre charges in addition to what insurance covers, the office looks like a bomb shelter, there is no parking, the music is lively and worth listening too? I think it’s called the radio…
The cleaning was just flouride cleaning, no scraping of plaque, no sonic cleaning (I’ve had this at other dentists who charge this as BASIC cleaning).
The bizarre charges of $ 22 included education for brushing… omg…who charges $ 22 to tell me how to floss… I’m pretty old… I know how to floss and don’t need to pay $ 22 for someone to educate me. And then an additional charge to sterilize things? Shouldn’t that be covered in the insurance? Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning. Please take your business elsewhere.

She is the best! Very professional, friendly and a great pain manager. And I hate dentist visits, believe me.
Daphne is thorough and has an excellent staff. And the music is lively and worth listening to!
