They really take it to you. Over 1500 for a month long rental. They changed rates on me three times and added extra fees, then would not adjust anything. Thanks for keeping on your ‘budget’, d-bags.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Had an online car reservation for pick-up at 5:30pm on a Monday evening. Pulled in the parking lot at 5:30 and were denied service by the employees that were still there stating that they were closed. Fine, they close at 5:30 and we were a bit late, but why would we be able to make reservations for 5:30pm pick-up when closing time is 5:30?! Did their computer not show an reservation?! Or did the employees just not care? When I called Budget to get a car from a 24-location at one of the airports I was told they were sold out of cars. I explained what happened and was told to have a great day and rushed off the phone. Awesome.
