Buffalo Wild Wings

Generally I never make reviews based on terrible service, but this place had terrible service. Waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us to get drink orders. Another table came in roughly 20 minutes after and got their food before us. 45 minutes in, we had to ask a different server where our food was as we thought they were backed up. Turns out our server never put in our order. Just a tip, if «Elijah» ever waits on you, don’t expect any food.
Will not be returning to this location. Worst service I’ve ever had. Manager didn’t even come out to apologize or anything.

Went here on Saturday game day. Surprisingly no wait but then later I figured out why. Walked in no hostess to greet us. Stood there for 10mins until we got fed up now just called out for any server to seat us. Got seated at the booth for 4 ppl. Server came took our order. We ordered appetizer. Wings. A couple of sides. Half of our order came out 20mins later. Warm. Not hot. Server didn’t bring us silverwares, napkins or plates. So we couldn’t eat until 10mins later. Server never brought out our other half of the order I’m guessing he forgot but we didn’t get charged on the receipt. Server was cool but not good service. Flavors of the wings weren’t consistent.

10 minutes waiting and didn’t even get sat, walked to the bar top. Bartender was too busy washing dishes, drinks were okay, took 30 minutes to get our food (burger & 6 wings) and when it finally came, it was almost a frozen burger. Everything was cold and tasteless. Didn’t complain there, as we just wanted to leave. Bad experience!

Wait was long 2 hours for my food and just gave me a excuse chef was fired. Or did u not put my order in

Worst service ever! We had a large party traveling with infants and a disabled wheelchair. We didn’t even get seated! The hostess had a major attitude and seemed annoyed that we even came. We asked how long was the wait time and he said he needed to ask the supervisor. As we where waiting they seated other parties before us. Come to find out that the wait time for us would be 3hrs!!! Totally ridiculous service and totally nasty rude we just walked out!

Went here a couple of days ago, this is a no, the waiters took forever to take my order and forever to bring my drinks and food out. All the servers are together talking to each other and not watching their tables. Food was cold by the time it was brought out.

Overall NORMAL chicken wing spot. A bunch a racket from tv and patrons but it’s a sports spot so I get it! Awesome Server tho! I’d eat here over Wing Stop Any Day… Eat Asian Zing!

It took me and my boyfriend about 30 minutes to get our TO GO order because of the Walking Dead episode (duh). When we got to this location they told us our order had been cancelled just a few minutes ago and they had thrown our food away.
They didn’t call us to let us know of this cancellation and the girl at the front was not apologetic and rude.
She then told us they had just cancelled a ton of orders.
I’m sure there were tons of unhappy customers like us.
If something like this happens, I expect a sincere apology… at least.
Definitely NOT ordering from this location again.

Went to enjoy a game that began at 11:00 am. The service was slow and the video screen that was televising the game I wanted to watch was very poor quality. They got my initial order wrong and then had to wait quite awhile to get what we actually ordered.
My wife and I like Buffalo Wild Wings — but most likely not going back to this particular one on Weslayan in Houston.

I am an all things Houston fan. It’s Postseason and we really wanted to watch the Astros Game here. We came here to watch the HOUSTON ASTROS game and requested to watch the game with sound. They turned only a few tv’s with no sound. We asked the GM to turn on the sound and it was like pulling teeth. Our whole section was watching the Astros. They turned on the sound but very low and playing the Cowgirls game so loud drowning the Astros game. I give this place 1 star for being a trader of Houston. It’s post season, how can you not watch the Astros game? Frustrating! Never coming here to watch a Houston anything game. Unbelievable how this place has absolutely no Houston Pride.

Their wings are always tasty, dining in isn’t their forte. Maybe it’s not my kind of place? Why is there 20 television screens each on a random
Sports game? And why are there tables left randomly cluttered while employees chit chat in the back. I’ve been a waitress before and I know how easy it is to get carried away while tending to a few customers but to just leave a messy dining area and go stand with your back turned and gossip it up. It’s just not cool. I’ll be taking my orders home from now on where I can eat my wings on a clean table with a cold beer while watching a good game on a single screen and I’ll save the tip.

I had for the first time salt and vinegar wings, they were the bomb! Margarita was standard. Spacious location, average service.

Service is incredibly slow. I placed a to go order over 30 mins ago and when I got there, the cashier was like 10 more minutes. What’s the point of calling in? I ended up waiting 24 more minutes. On top of that my order was completely wrong. Smh

Came in to order some wings and the lady at the front was steadily holding a conversation on the phone and let us stand there without saying a word to us while she talked about NON-​business related things. Another girl came in and clocked in on the register and almost walked away so I asked her if someone could take our order. She opened the kitchen swing door and yelled for someone to take our order and the girl in the back yelled to her «I’m trying! Yall got to work with me!» and was flustered because she’s never rung up someone on the register.
After the order was taken, we waited… and waited. We are on our lunch so we don’t have much time.
While waiting, the girls who works here were talking to each other and making inappropriate comments, cussing and dancing. This is NOT the BWW that I remember and I will NOT be returning until there is a housecleaning and change of management. This place is GHETTO as you get!

This is my second time at this location.
Upon entering, I was a bit confused because there were employees everywhere scattered near the hostess stand. Why??? They were all just hanging out, talking, you know.
Once we got seated, our server took our drink orders. Our drinks got back to us in about 5 minutes. We then ordered our entrees. We got 10 Parmesan garlic, 10 spicy garlic, and 10 hot. All traditional. As well as a regular size potato wedges and the ultimate nachos with chicken.
Our food arrived within 10 minutes or so. The only thing missing were the potato wedges. My server asked me if I needed anything else so I asked if the potatoes Wedges were on its way. He said yeah. In my head I was like okay cool.
As we ate through our wings and nachos, I kept on wondering about my wedges. Where. Are. They. I tried to get my servers attention but he was chatting away while feeling one of his co-worker’s bra strap by the hostess stand– again, where there stood all 10 employees on the clock.
I waved my hand, no one noticed me. Okay. Awkward. By then I didn’t want the potato wedges anymore so I just didn’t say anything. I was gonna tell him to just take it off my check.
5 wings left on the table, he finally arrives at my table and asked if someone else served us our potato wedges yet. Excuse me aren’t you suppose to be the one serving them to me? Nope. He came back with the wedges one minute later. Oh thanks for serving me my wedges when my party and I are basically done eating.
Once we left the the door and passed by the 10 employees just standing my the hostess stand, we were not greeted by a single one of them. Okay. Way to work at work.
Service deserves one star but I’ll add another star for the good food.

This place is going down, bad service I waited on a table for 10 minutes then the waitress told me I be right with you then another 5 minutes and finally she knows she messed up and told me sorry about that

Went on a very slow Sunday morning. Food was A-​OK– nothing spectacular. The carrots and celery that were brought out with our wings were very old, as you can see in the picture I have posted.
Service was also just alright.
I have been much more wow-​ed by the location in Bunker Hill.

The service is horrible. Been there a few times when others want to go.
Ordered take out several times. I like the boneless wings. Only reason I give them money.
Tonight was the typical crappy service.
Ordered online. Order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes at 7pm.
Paid my order at 7:01pm.
Then I waited for 15 minutes before asking how much longer.
The waitress told me she dont know.
Its been 45 minutes since I placed the order. It was a small order too.
5 minutes later the manager was there. I asked again how much longer.
Again, I was told they dont know.
Seriously, what kind of establishment has no idea how long it will take before food gets delivered.
A manager that has lost control so bad that she can’t even give a suggestion should be replaced.
A kitchen staff that has no idea how behind they are should be replaced.
One thing is its been 50 minutes since the order was placed but its totally nuts that they have no idea how long it will be. Not even a estimate.
This place will never be good unless they fire the management.
The staff sucks and they are allowed to suck. Its like nobody cares so I will not either.
My money will go somewhere else.

I am not a big wings fan, but this place is hands down the best for me!
I love the environment here! It’s an abyss of tv’s! This is a great place to come and watch a game. Any fame really, they literally have at least 8 televisions, if not more just around the bar area. A different game on each tv!
The wings and wedges are my guilty pleasures here! Lemon pepper wings are delicious and always have the right amount of flavoring for me. Potato wedges with chili and cheese are knee weakening! Now, they are not the healthiest, but when here you just have to try!
One great thing about this place is their happy hour. They have $ 3 shareable and happy hour all day Wednesday!
The service here has always been quick and friendly, even when they are packed to the max!

I’ve been to many of these locations, and I can definitely say that they are consistent with their wings. The wings were fresh and hot, and the beer was ice cold. Those are two combinations that will definitely keep me coming back. If you stop by, make sure you try the wings (of course), the french fries, the fried pickles and the jalapeño bombers.
The restaurant is very spacious and there are plenty of TV’s for you to catch the latest sporting event. The bar is equipped with adequate seating, a wide variety of domestic and imported beers, as well as full bar service for whatever your spirit of choice is for the day.
You can’t go wrong here. Great food, great drinks and great fun awaits.
