I’ve been at this location and the one further north a few times now. While the food was good, this place is definitely over hyped. It took over 40 minutes for the food to come out, so you might want to call in. The good part about this is that the food will be fresh. The naan wasn’t too great. This location isn’t the most sanitary either… but overall decent prices for some good Pakistani meat items.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend. A tiny little house in a seedier side of time; as soon as you walk in the smell of grilled meat hits you. You mark on their paper menu and you specify the quantity you want of each and order at the counter. Portions are on the smaller side but are priced as such. Wanted to try the goat kabob but unfortunately they were out, so I had the chicken kebab instead. That was very delicious and was served with chutneys and cucumbers. I tried my friends’ chicken tikka and chicken skewers etc.; everything was very flavorful and came out at the same time. We ordered a lot of naan which was $ 1 each. We also got this orange dessert thing(I’m sorry I forgot what it was called) but it was very delicious when paired with the fried naan thing(idk what it’s called oops). Very happy I tried this place; if I’m ever specifically craving grilled meats, I’ll come here. Otherwise they don’t serve any other dishes.

This place has the best paki kababs you will get anywhere in US. Anywhere, Devon Ave doesn’t even have an equivalent joint. Stick to behari kababs, with naan and paratha. Seating can take 1+ hour on the weekends so be advised. Advice: if 3 people go order 4 entrees, if 4 then order 5, so forth and so on… one extra entrée plus some parathas(greasy as heck but soo good) is enough to feed everyone(guys with decent appetites). Gotta order some naan too, stop eating the parathas before your heart stops…

There isnt a better BBQ place out there… I do wish that they consider spending money on the restaurant itself

Heard so much about this place… decided to go there… worst experience ever… who ever still chooses to go, go! Just try not to deal with a guy name Rizwan. A total jerk, he has no respect for females maybe because he does not have a mother or a sister. He needs to be fired from there if they still want families to come.

Crazy for kababs and Awadh style food, Bundu khan is THE best place to go. Kababs are super delicious and authentic in taste. However if the restaurant is crowded you may feel stuffy.

The service was horrendous. We were eating and they put to go boxes while we were still on the table. We hadn’t asked for any boxes because we were still eating. Within a few seconds and owner comes to our table and asks«what are you guys doing? If you are done eating please hurry up we have other people waiting» lol. Restaurants are usually busy on Saturdays. Welcome to Houston.. you never come to a table and asks guest to leave. Definitely lost us as customers.

Awesome kababs ! My personal favorite are the tender and succulent chicken seekh kabab and the lamb chops. However, the chicken tikka reminds me of the authentic tandoori chicken one gets back home. The breast pieces are cooked to perfection, moist and juicy and never dry unlike one would expect breast/white meat to be. The leg pieces are awesome without doubt. A must have side is their dal which is warm, homey, simple yet very flavorful. Not a big of the greasy paratha but their naans are decent. For those who miss the real tandoori chicken and are fed up of the artificially«red» tandoori you get, this is where you must head. The color is naturally red with authentic spices. Dont expect biryani or korma here, they are a kabab house which stays true to their name!

Chicken is the name of the game here! I have many Pakistani friends and they got me hooked onto this joint. Dirty, drabby, old, unlit and unamusing building that used to be a fast food joint in the seventies now serves kabobs and nan and paratha. I now know what to order. Chicken Tikka, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Chicken Boti Kabab with yougurt sauce on the side with fried parathas. Have I mentioned, delicious? This place is like crack. You will keep coming back here.

Really good Pakistani grill house. If you’re eating there it can take a while for you to get your meal and theres no real waiter service so you pretty much have to go up to the counter and ask for something if you have any further requests. Food taste much better though when you eat there because it comes out piping hot. My most recent visit i called in an order and got the to the food to go. My favorites are the Chicken Boti, Beef Bihari, and Parothas. The Chicken tikka breast and leg are really solid too. They don’t always have the goat kabob but it’s different yet very tasty. The food really hits the spot. Wish there were more places like this!

One word. EPIC ! We ordered the Beef Seekh Kabobs and the Beef Bihari Kabob. The kabobs were tender, moist and perfectly spiced. The Paratha was made fresh and served piping hot. I had been hearing good things about this place from friends and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended

Probably the best kabob restaurant in Central US and the Midwest. May seem dirty, sometimes the parathas seem too greasy, but their overall kabob dishes are very delicious. Whenever I travel Houston, this restaurant is always on my to do list. If you are in Houston, don’t forget to try their Bihari kabob.

BUNDUKHAN!!! Thats all I can really say about this place!!! Why hadn’t I heard about this place before??? I have tried lots of kebobs in my life time but none that can compare to this. They are spicy, flavorful and just down right delicious. This is definitely in a shady area but who cares if your life is at risk… its a good way to go! The place is tiny and if you are sensitive to smoke please get a to go order. Also, if you choose to dine it, be aware that you will be smelling like meaty smoke! I cant remember the names of any of the things that we ordered but just know that they have the best kebabs I have ever tasted!!!

We ordered chicken tikka, boti and naan. The bread was hot and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. Boti burned my palate. It is rather spicy, soft and was enough for two. The chicken tikka was okay. There is plenty of parking. Inside the restaurant, the seating is limited though they enough to sit a family of 8. You have the option of ordering spicy to not too spicy. You can also customize naan crispy to regular.

Bundu the great pakistani grill restaurant where every desi has to come and eat not matter what. Let me start off by saying that service here for always suck nothing you can do about it so dont even try. These guys are professionals when it comes to cooking so take them as great cooks and let them servce you their great secret marinated meats to your choice. From the Chicken tikka to the bihari kebabs, this place will melt in you mouth. So come hungry and go full as you will keep coming back.

This place is OK. But just ok, the food is nothing special, come to Edison, NJ or Jackson Heights, NY for MUCH better South Asian fare. Guaranteed. The parathas are phenom, but everything else is forgettable. I feel sorry for the folks that say this is the best ever, they clearly have never been to NY or NJ. The service was JUST ok too. I just wasn’t impressed.

I have been to many other Bundu Khan restaurants around the world and this has not let me down either. My only complaint is the sitting area which is too small compared to the crowd that comes to this restaurant. The food is totally awesome, whatever you order. My personal fav is Chicken Boneless Tikka and Beef Bihari with Paratha. There are huge waiting lines on the weekend and once I had to wait for nearly and hour in the waiting list. However the food is worth waiting for.

Definitely got food poisoning from here once. But they still get 3 stars because you don’t even understand how good their paratha is. It’s really good, ok? The mango lassi is also spectacular.
