Burger King

Terrible service. The hamburger and fries were cold. Not even warm ! I will never go to this Burger King again. Get some real employees or just close the doors.

Went to the drive thru at 9:16 a.m. no one answered sat there for about 5minutes. They were not close because there were about five cars parked out in front. Also on the Drive Thru window it indicates that it should be open. When I got ready to leave someone looked from behind the corner and then went right back to the kitchen area. Not ever again when it closes down for not making that much of a profit at the chain location don’t blame anybody but yourself if you work there.

It’s disturbing as hell when the female manager here takes my order dripping in funky sweat and has gray whiskers growing on her chin. She proceeded to hand me a cup without washing her sweaty hands. No way!
How sad our society has become that hygiene is not a requirement to work in our food industry.

do not eat at this burger king. i order a bacon croissant with no egg and ectra bacon. that’s not what i got. i opened my sandwich with my hands, showed them this wasn’t what i ordered. they took that same croissant and gave it to a woman in drive thru. i’m done.

I can’t believe I’m here, lol. I was told if you ask for your burger to be cooked on the broiler it is as close to what a Whopper used to taste like as a kid. If you don’t they come from a drawer.
I asked for the burger to be freshly cooked and I also asked for fresh frays seeing how there was no one line line in the drive thru nor at the counter when I walked in.
As I sat waiting for my food I recalled that the last time I had been into this Burger King was at least 15 years ago. The last time I tried them was three years ago because I was craving a Whopper. (It was then that I remembered why I don’t eat them anymore.)
The parlor was very clean, which is good because with no customers you don’t have an excuse not to be. The décor needs to be updated. Wallpaper is peeling off by the windows. Tables and chairs are a bit used.
Food is ready and I’m hesitant to take a bite. Is it really going to taste like it used to?
I pick up a fry that is fresh from the dryer and take a bite. Not too bad. I then take a bite of my burger. Close to the old taste but still lacking by a lot. (They don’t have the big broilers anymore, they have a smaller insufficient machine.) This is the way to go if you eat here. It took an extra 3 minutes to prepare our food so why not wait? The meat had way too much filler for my taste buds.
This is an occasional place to visit. Like once a year. Still not impressed.
The girl at the counter says FYI that the satisfries are cooked in the same grease as the others so idk how they could be healthier than the regulars.
Maybe if every customer requests their Whopper to be cooked they might actually see an increase in sales.

Typical Burger King food. The food was fast. The fries were fresh. And they got my order right the first time. The employees, however, leave very much to be desired. One employee threatened to «lay out» as in «knock on his ass» another employee while I was standing there. I’m serious! I suppose the young lady in the white shirt was the manager, but she didn’t correct the ghetto employee’s comments. But hey, I wouldn’t either! No one wants to get «laid out» on a Burger King floor. I should also mention that I enjoyed the peach tea.

No gloves while preparing food, picked up a fallen bag off of the floor and proceded to put a customers food in the bag, putting burgers together without gloves, rude unpleasant staff, old pre-​cooked food Not worth the time or money to have the rude employees tell you its your fault that they screwed up your order and then make jokes about it to their co-​workers. I contacted BK Corprate and told them that this location was unsanitary and needed to be fined or shut down, their response? They were «nice» enough to send me a coupon for a free whopper! LMFAO! Now since their main office doesn’t care about public health, I am informing everyone on Unilocal and google.

This area is my new stomping grounds for the time being, and the food options are pretty slim to none. The only place that isn’t a super chain is that pizza place on ella. But recently, wanted some breakfast and Shipley’s was not cutting it.
it had been years since I been to a BK. They have updated everything… except the food. The new LCD screens are very nice, glareless.
The food is still mediocre. I had the croissantwich with sausage and an order of the french toast sticks. You can never go wrong with a croissant anything, and the french toast sticks were soggy. They do put everything in a wrapper then inside of a box, keeps things from getting squished?

The fries were undercooked and inedible. My grilled chicken sandwich was old with extra mayo. (Not requested, but caked on). The dogs would not eat the hamburger my brother through away. Next time I will just eat the ten dollar bill. Gross, will NOT return.

Fast food the way you expect.
Fries were golden brown and hot; Burger was decent; Service was average; and the dining room was super clean.
