Burger King

I stopped coming here about a year ago because of the lousy service and horrible quality of food. Today my daughter convinced me to stop for some chicken fries and to my surprise, it was different. With his positive attitude energetic vibe the gentlemen behind the counter just brightened up the atmosphere. Paul was very courteous and polite which is something that I’ve never experienced in this restaurant before

I went to BK today & ordered a whopper meal with NO onions or pickles. After we order the guy told us the drink machine ran out of CO2. I figured it was ok and got tea, but both teas were unsweet! I told the guy & he «i don’t know what to tell you… someone else made them.» At this point I was annoyed. then they gave me my whopper WITH onions & pickles. Every time I come here they never follow my order. The employees barely talk or are rude. I will NEVER go back. The management is doing a terrible job.

Went there yesterday (Sunday) around 8:30 in the morning and no one was there. The lights were off, T. Vs were playing, no cars in the parking lot and not an employee to be found. I wish there were one closer to me than this one.

Got a burger here on my break, and won’t be doing that again. The bun was so old and stale, that the bun broke it half when I tried to pick it up. You can flick the bun and it makes a hard echo… How OLD does the food have to be to be stale at a fast food place? Buns must be months old or are being stored improperly. This is the worst burger I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten hundreds over my life. No wonder BK’s are closing out in my area. Everyone is tired of giving them chances. One look at any BK Unilocal page, and all you’ll see is 1 stars all the way down. How sad that management is fine with running what used to be a good place, into the ground.

It was good. Got the double bacon cheeseburger with two tacos and a cherry icee. I feel like the price good and the food tasted just fine. I would definitely go back if I was craving fast food.

You know every-​time I come to this one I have to wait a very long time for them to come on the mic –then when they finally come on the young lady rushes you to place an order… It’s very annoying… I’m just DONE with Burger King!

The peiple that work here dont seem to want to be there. They ate never friendly. The food is eithe ok or yerrible. Its a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance. If you want condiments you have to remember to ask. They wont offer. If tjey do it will take a few motlre minutes for them to find it and count them. I rarely go here. I havr seny msny mrssaged to their headquarters. Nobody seems to care.

I came here yesterday to give my grandma a little snack of fries and chicken nuggets after a long day of errands and the traffic was ridiculous! I had things to do when I got home so I went to the drive thru. The wait wasn’t long, and the food was good to my grandma, so 3 stars, because come on, it was already waiting to be packaged.
The reason why I’m giving 1 star is because the worker wasn’t really listening to what I said at the end. My total was 6.47, so I gave her 10.50. She handed me back 2 dollars. This is a little awkward, where’s my other 2 dollars? I said «I believe the change is supposed to be 4.03» So after I told her I gave her 10.50, I wait for a good 7 – 8 minutes for her manager to go get smaller change. I would have taken quarters if it took that long. She ended up giving me 3.53, I then said, this is wrong, its 4.03 and we exchanged about 2 more sentences. She kept saying it was right, and eventually I just wanted to leave, its 50 cents. And I’m not going to that drive thru anymore.

Slow service drags this location down, but all is forgiven with their new chicken strip dipping sauces. Kung Pao and jalapeño BBQ for the win!
