Burlington is a store for people who have too much free time and dont want to pay a lot for good average to good clothing. The racks are horribly arranged and not even close to being sized. *Recommendation* Size your clothing on the racks. More people would shop more often if clothing were at least sized and inventory turnover would improve. But hey, what do I know. One of the items, a dress shirt in a bag, had a nice blood stain on it when I got home. I had to turn around and exchange it. Rough day, but I found most everything ai needed. The variety of sizes of mens dress pants need to increase significantly.

A little mess but they’ve improved it sooo much! Like you can kind of find things but you still have trouble. I feel like it’s kinda dead, like nothing lively is going on. But that’s just like a small reason. I went with the bf because someone told me they had Dynamo jerseys for super cheap and they were the real deal! They have great clothing at amazing prices! When you go, just go with extra time and patience.

I love a good bargain & don’t mind sifting through the racks but this Burlington was a bit ridiculous. There was no order to anything. Smalls were mixed In with plus sizes & everything was sheer chaos. Also, I really could not find anything in my size. I’m a 0 – 2& all I found were larger sizes. If you are around my size, save yourself the hassle & just shop online. The sales staff at this location is also not very helpful. They are way too busy having conversations with each other than actually helping you.

Insane lines. Standing in line now… about to walk out… I wonder how many sales get lost because of this nonsense…

Horrible!!! I bought shoes thats in the wrong size, brought it back expecting to either get the SAME shoe in the right size, or shop for more. Never expected to get my refund. They microscopically looked at the shoes and claim it was«worn». I am sorry, but many of the shoes they have on the shelves are not exactly«handled with care». There are plenty that have scratches and bumps on them. I am a size 6 ½ and the shoes that i grabbed was a 7 ½. I don’t know how i could have worn them and then return them. I just wanted my right size! They labeled it wrong. I’ve been an avid shopper of burlington but after this incident, i warn you fellow shoppers to either«microscopically» look at the merchandise you are purchasing to make sure they are in mint, excellent, and fresh off the factory condition or else dont expect to get a refund or exchange. I’ve learned my lesson, so while i dont have time to shop with a microscope in hand, there’s plenty of other places out there for me to spend my $$$ at. Unfortunately, i am forced to give them 1 star before posting, if not, it would have been 0 star.

great way to get good brand clothes for cheap, just clothes out of it’s place everywhere the employees there are always working, but not that attentive with the customers… seems like they are stressing out about work, but not as helpful

Please clean up the store and reorganize the merchandise. It’s very aggravating trying to find item’s. They need to hire more security and sterilize/bleach-clean the dressing rooms.

Why OHWHY did I have to go shopping during the holidays? I wanted a hat and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for one that I’d wear once in a awhile, so decided to stop by good olé BCF. Didn’t find a hat I liked, but found an inexpensive back support wrap that was very timely for my back spasm. Check out had long lines as to be expected during the holidays, but the cashiers did their job as efficiently as possible and with a smile. That’s as much as you can expect during the holiday season. Selection in accessories is limited, but AGAIN it was the holidays when I shopped, so I give it four with room for improvement once the holiday rush ceases!

I am in the process of moving, and decided to get new bedding, shower curtain, do dads, picture frames, pillows, ect – Basically I am throwing out all the old and getting new stuff. I love a good bargain, and I remembered the last time I was here buying suits(seriously they have some gorgeous Tahari, Calvin Klein, and None West suits for $ 50MAX!) that they had a good selection of home goodies. They have everything here, and its a bit like a Ross or Marshalls. They have an excellent selection of shoes – Jessica SImpson, BCBG, and Nine West at discounted prices. They have a TON of baby stuff, and cute work out clothes. Their home section was Okay. The comforter sets weren’t really a deal, but they had lots of towels, and a great kitchen selection. I grabbed up some oven mitts and dishtowels, and a set of cute tumblers for $ 4.99. They also had sets of Rachel Ray pots and Paula Deen pots for around $ 60.00 They have beautiful photo frames, some artwork, and yummy smelling Yankee candles for $ 9.99. It’s a bit of a hike for me(and will be when I move to Montrose) but if you are in the area, its worth a stop in.
