I was looking for a doctor and came across his obituary :(

My story is similar to that of the first patient… Dr. B. Holt was my gynecologist but recognized by my complaints that I had«something» going on. He ran a very thorough blood test and found that I had EBV. My family doctor was very patronizing and told me that there was nothing wrong with me and I should just lose weight and I’d be fine. Dr. Holt sent me to a specialist and I got my life back. I just had the Da Vinci hysterectomy(less than two weeks ago) and I have already been released to do anything I feel like doing! Dr. B. Holt is my hero…

Dr. Holt changed my life for the better! I had several endocrine diseases that went undiagnosed for over 8 years until I met the AMAZING Dr. Byron Holt who diagnosed and treated me and now I have my life back. I really wish more doctors were like Dr. Holt, who treats every woman as if she really does have the symptoms they describe and then does the blood work necessary to see what’s going on.

Dr Holt is my hero! I have been seeing Dr Holt for almost 5 years now and I can’t imagine having any other Dr look at my lady parts. Dr Holt takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and then will answer any questions you have(he loves to draw diagrams of explanation). 4 years ago after 12 hours of labor, my daughter turned breach and I was required to have an emergency C-section. Knowing that I was terrified of a c-section(because of conversations my Dr had with me) Dr Holt stayed past shift change to perform the c-section personally! Also, Dr Byron Holt is retiring soon and his son Dr Todd Holt is taking over. Dr Todd is just a younger version of Dr Byron. He is just as sweet and caring, so I guess when I said before that I couldn’t imagine anyone else looking at my lady parts, that I forgot about Dr Todd! They are both fabulous!!! Dr Holt’s office does tend to run behind schedule, so I would suggest making the earliest or latest appt of the day to save yourself some frustration. The wait is worth the service though!
