Campbell Flex Stretch Revolution

I love Wayne’s stretching classes. He has come up with some amazing lower back and hip stretches that have really helped me with the tightness in my low back. The classes are light hearted and fun but you definitely get a great workout. My body feels so good when its done and I practice the stretches as home. I have been going once a month but I am going to up it to two. Just feels great!!! Thanks Wayne!

Wayne’s class is truly fantastic and one-​of-​a-​kind. Very unique. The stretching is so very deep and had an immensely therapeutic effect on my body. I feel lengthened, stretched, and realigned after every class. I have referred quite a few people after taking the class multiple times, including my husband. As a massage therapist as my profession, I believe in the power and benefits of bodywork… but I jokingly say that I don’t want to tell anyone about Wayne’s class because they won’t need me anymore; it truly delivers more LASTING benefits, in my opinion, than a massage. I like the class because I have wanted deeper stretching for quite some time, but didn’t want the «workout» aspect of yoga. That’s what makes this different for me. I’d go everyday if I could. Very, Very worth it.

Wayne Campbell is a master at stretching the body! His classes are fun and very informative. He explains every move and how it relates to the body. His class is for every age and fitness level. The studio on 20^th Street in the Heights is amazing. All of the windows overlook the neighborhood and from the 7^th floor it’s like being in a treehouse! I highly recommend Campbell Flex Stretch Revolution!

Where do I even start? First of all, I absolutely love Wayne. I first met him practicing Bikram yoga and I was immediately drawn to his spirit. He is such a talented and humble person. He literally makes my heart smile. Second, I’m not flexible at all. In April I could just barely touch my toes and now I’m pretty much in my splits (). Flexibility has always eluded me! After completing Wayne’s flex class I felt my body open in ways I had never experienced before. I could literally feel the aliveness in my body. I practice most of his stretch poses on a daily basis at home. I recommend his classes whole heartedly. He is a great person and a wonderful teacher. In this life it’s so uplifting to meet people with kind spirits. I love Wayne and I love his stretch class!

Wayne is my stretch guru! I attend his stretch workshops and also have private stretch sessions. I have improved my flexibility and do not suffer as much pain in my shoulders and lower back. Flexibility is a key to a young active body. This is a must for runners, cyclists, dancers, people with back problems and just about anyone who wants to remain active, healthy and injury-​free.

When I was hit by a car, the doctor told me that I would have died if not for the flexibility of my tendons. Unlike rubber bands, tendons are not supposed to stretch and when they do, they do not snap back. My tendons stretched that day.
I’ve spent the last 8 years on a road to recovery. Acupuncturists, physical therapists, massage therapists, yogis, and chiropractors have all been enlisted to help me on my journey. I stretch daily. I see an acupuncturist pretty regularly. I see a masseuse when I can.
I met Wayne at a yoga studio. He gracefully and graciously led me through yoga positions and allowed for modifications.
When I learned that he does Thai massage, I enlisted his help to work on specific stiffness and pain.
With his Flex Stretch workshops, I release pain, stiffness, engage in a community of people who are so seeking to be their best selves, and refuel my soul. After my second workshop I commented that I felt I could fly– not tethered to the confines my body has me most days. So freeing!!!
I cannot recommend him enough!
