I have been seeing Dr Wong for 6 yrs now. Really easy to talk to. Takes her time to answer all questions. To get around the long wait (aprx 1 hr or so) schedule your apt early.

Even if you get here on time for your appointment or even 15 minutes early, expect to wait about an hour or two still. The doctor is nice for the most part. The staff is OK. The waiting area is very little. Sometimes the staff or the doctor will rush you. At least they have made me feel like that. She has also given me a prescription without seeing me which I think is not right for a doctor. When I wanted to quickly talk to the doctor on the phone cause I had a question, I had to leave a message with her front desk and then I had to wait for the end of the day for her to answer me. If I had more questions after that, I wouldn’t be able to ask again until the next day because they turn off their phones right at closing time. Waste so much time doing that.

Lovely lady, very nice. But expect to wait an hour or maybe two just to see her. Seems like you have to cancel your plans for the day just to see her. Other then that she’s very helpful and attentive.
