Be aware of this company. Ever since Birch has acquired CBEYOND their customer service has gone downhill and they no longer serve small businesses. Two months ago they tripled my bill for NO good reason? They claimed CBEYOND was not billing me correctly… hogwash!!! We have tried to get it rectified but only ran into roadblocks with their customer service department, accounting department and management. They are now run from out-​of-​state and we no longer have service representatives here locally to contact directly. They don’t seem to even care if they have our business after being with them nearly 7 years. Don’t waste your time with this company! We are currently looking for another company that puts her clients first and wants business!!!
