Adele is very rude, I would not recommend this location. The entire time I was trying to get a new phone he had a horrible attitude like he really hated his job, and it showed! Took my business to corporate store instead.

We came into this location today, honestly, because it was near the McDonalds we were getting a drink from. Went in to see about getting a phone for our daughter. Well, a nice lady from Jamaica named Gillette helped us out, and along with her lilting accent, her manor, demeanor, and customer service were very friendly and very helpful. She answered all of our questions, even the one where I wondered if one of us upgraded our phones, could our daughters have our old phones. Well, the answer was yes, so not only did my wife get a new iPhone 6, but my daughter got the iPhone she’s been wanting for quite a while now. Gillette transferred all the apps from the old phone to the new phone, upgraded the SIM chip in the old phone, and set up the old phone with my daughter’s number. We would certainly recommend Gillette, as well as Daymon, apparently, from what I read from the other reviews. Outstanding experience!

Have been here for 45 minutes and haven’t been acknowledged in the slightest. There are four other people waiting and the two employees have been catering to two clients who are asking questions that can be answered online. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. It’s so frustrating to have such a strong urge to leave after no acknowledgement, but knowing that I have already wasted so much time sitting and waiting that it would be silly to leave. I understand having to finish what you start with a customer, or if they were busy. But they have been with ONE client this entire time and haven’t said ANYTHING to anyone else. «Sorry for the wait.» «We will be with you as soon as possible. It should be another 15 – 30 minutes.» Or geez, just tell me you don’t plan on doing your job in a timely manner and that I should go somewhere else and I would have. I will NEVER come back to this location. —– Another 45 minutes and I am finally out of there. The client ended up being an employee. Are you kidding me! Plz learn to micromanage. That employee(or in the event it is a client) can wait 15 minutes while you tend to other customers. Setting up a new account should have taken 10 minutes but the representative was taking personal calls and trying to be cute when we just wanted to get out of there. In addition he said nothing about an activation fee($ 45) until right after I paid to start phone service($ 45). I didn’t have the energy to argue, it’s not worth it at this point. But dang, that was *ridiculous*

I just wanted to thank a lady by the name of Kendra who works at this location. I have never seen customer service of this nature from any wireless store. She helped me with my iPhone issue with incredible courtesy and professionalism, all with a smile. You really just see this sort of customer service on TV, they don’t exist in real life but at this location, at least, Kendra proves there is still good old fashioned customer service that exists.
