Impeccable service. I bought a pub table and chair set and 2 loungers over 10 years ago. The lounger fabric was way tired from years of use. So I went in, and they were able to pull up my records and show me available swatches for replacements which I ordered. When I went to pick them up, they had closed (totally funky hous), but I knocked on the door, and the manager let me in and I got the product.
The install of the new fabric was not nearly as straightforward as one would hope. We made 3 calls to Judy who helped us with the correct order of assembly. Some directions with the new fabric would have been nice! Call 4 to Judy, and we realized we were in over our heads with putting the back of the lounger together. We had to make a trip out to the warehouse and let the pros do it. Again, any kind of instruction with the fabric would be nice. I can see where people might just buy new rather than going to the trouble.
They are kind of high dollar, but their quality is good. 4 stars for inconsistent hours.
