I ordered the general joes chicken dinner online for delivery. It took over an hour to get here. I didn’t even mind that much but I specified «mild» spicy because i was ordering for my kids. Both dinners are pretty spicy and my kids won’t eat it.

Very good value for the money. Delivery was quick and the food is tasty. I ordered days ago and I am still eating some of the dishes. You get lot of food for your money, I can’t say that enough. If you like take out, this will feed your family.

Solid Chinese food delivery. I live in the neighborhood and have been ordering from Chang’s for a few years. I’ve always received consistently good food and service. The ribs, cheese puffs, and Lo Mien are my favorites.

Just ordered from Chang’s Café for the first time. We ordered Hunan Beef, Cashew Chicken, Fried Rice, Won Ton Soup, and Egg Rolls. I’ll be eating Chinese for days! I didn’t manage to try the soup, but I had bites of everything else. Everything is delicious! I ordered the Hunan Beef mild, and it had just enough heat for my timid tongue. My husband would have preferred it medium, I think. Delivery was very fast too. The estimate was 45 – 60 minutes, and it was closer to 30. I’ll definitely order from Chang’s again!

My fiancé and I got takeout from Chang’s because it was open early on a Sunday, when our usual place was closed. My fiancé got the beef and broccoli and got horrible food poisoning. He was violently sick all night and we had to take him to the doctor because he was so dehydrated after being sick all night long. We will never eat there again!

We ordered over Eat24 which is easy enough. However our food didn’t arrive until literally 1 hour & 34 minutes after we ordered. The food was completely cold. Both the restaurant and Eat24 were unapologetic when I just asked when the arrival of the food would be. When we asked the delivery guy he said «they ran out of fried rice». To his credit he may have made up a ridiculous excuse on the spot and not known what else to say. We tipped him nonetheless. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because, although cold, the egg rolls and soup at least had a good flavor. The other dishes could be found anywhere else for a better price and arrival time.

We ordered our food delivered tonight and it came in under an hour and was piping hot. The Kung Pao Chicken and the Vegetable Fried Rice were both flavorful and spiced well. The Spicy Sauteed Green Beans are exactly as stated — spicy. We like spicy food, so that was perfect for us, but if you don’t you may want to ask for less spice. The person who answered the phone was busy, but polite and the delivery driver was very nice, as well. We also ordered a small egg drop soup for my nephew, who enjoyed it very much. All of this was under $ 25.00, so it was also a bargain. Timely delivery, good food, and a good price — I definitely recommend Chang’s Café.

I found Chang’s on Eat24 and decided to try them, while the delivery was very fast I opened my bag to find everything was spilled because the plates were crushed. I was over charged for a plate of rice and a sample gen tso chicken they should truly be ashamed of themselves for this never will I order from here again.

I wanted PepperSteak, so I looked up restaurants in the area I was working in and decided to try out Chang’s. I called in my order and went to pick it up. I got there and checked my food and it has so many onions and bell peppers. I was like ooookkkk! If I wanted a veggie special I woul’ve ordered one. I told the lady on the phone no onions. After the guy took out the onions and I received my food. The portion was a lunch size portion and I paid for the Dinner which was $ 8.93. I couldnt believe what they were giving me for my money. I asked the lady how much do you get with the lunch special and she said half of what was in my container. Really??? This place is a rip off. What I was given was equivalent to the lunch special, not the Dinner. I will not go there again. I should of followed my first mind and drove to Kims Café on Bissonnet. I would have spent about $ 10, but it is well worth it!

Food was great. They forgot the egg rolls and gave us both steam rice and we order both fried and steam. They were on time and food was hot. One plate could feed two. Will be useing again.

I love Changs! Huge portions of food. Get the dinner or lunch specials.
Try the fried biscuits; they are like ghetto beignets and are oh so good. Delivery is very fast, but the receptionist can be a bit terse.
Great place for delivery; don’t eat in.
Good for cheap Americanized Chinese food. I usually stay away from Gen. Joe’s because I used to think it was too «American,» but I always order the Gen. Joe’s Chicken from Changs, and love it.
