There are 2 types of currency: paper and plastic. When you need paper, you use plastic to get paper. Here is the world problem; the machines work most of time.
What do you know about a Chase Bank? Very strange with customer services, as other reviewer said. Except, there were only 2 people inside the branch while one ATM was out. Line queued up quickly.
I had a conversation with the teller. Yeah, he was the only one available during after work rush. Poor guy, he was exhausted.
I saw a customer had some difficulties to withdraw money. I didn’t want to be nosy or anything. But she cut in front of me. Like I said, it’s my weekend. I’m not in a hurry. Seeing the teller explains the procedure to her over and over. Yes he was good.

You will spend more time in line here than any other bank in the city. Workers standing around while the line gets longer. This is just disrespectful to customers.
