Chase Bank

Bank of champions.
Love this bank because it’s open on Saturdays and past noon!
Drive thru has multiple lanes (1 for commercial and 2 – 3 lanes for everyone else).
I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes during peak hours.
They even have 2 drive thru ATMs.
There’s a small parking lot available for those of you who still insist on face to face banking. The line inside is always short, since most of us are in our cars, blasting the air conditioning and burning away the ozone layer.
This bank has annoyed me at times, when I failed to bring my driver’s license and needed to make a withdrawal and a deposit. I quickly showed them a government (national) ID badge and multiple healthcare badges and they were still very hesitant to make my withdrawal and deposit, even though its the exact same withdrawal and deposit i make at the end of each month — DUH! But I guess they have to do their job, which sometimes makes me crazy… (Mind you, my VA badge gets me through airport security just like a pilot, yet it doesn’t work at a bank!!!)
But, they redeemed themselves by doing silly things that aren’t necessary, but make me laugh — such as doodling smiley faces on my withdrawal envelopes and writing «Enjoy this gorgeous day!» on my bank receipts. Don’t they know I scan these things in for my record keeping? Oh well, they’re just bank receipts… Last visit they gave me a bubble gum flavored lollypop. Yum. Bringing back the oldies.
So yeah, this is my bank. The bank of champions.

I love this location! It’s very close to where I live and the customer service for their drive-​through business needs is great. They work very fast, always have all the forms ready to go, and always give you a receipt of all the transactions. Is the location slightly awkward? Yes. But, because they’re so close to me, that’s perfectly fine with me.

Kind of a weird location. I take the back way off of Knight and then drive through the parking lot to get to Fannin then pull in the drive way to get to the ATM.
When I do have to go inside everyone is very nice. Also there is parking reserved for bank customers so you don’t need to park in the garage.

This is my closest CHASE bank location. It shares a building with back side of a hospital so they offer plenty of parking. The only problem is it sits at an awkward intersection so depending on which direction you are coming from you might have to take multiple turns. Also this area is terrible as far as flooding goes. During IKE the streets leading up to this building was literally underwater for days.
