Awful service today. This is my second review at this location and it seems things have become worse. I will not be returning. They do not acknowledge customers when they enter. Today the person in front of me walked up and asked for help. When it was my turn the person said, ‘hey’. Not can I help you. An employee was eating on the line while giving customers food thru the drive thru. A lady walked in from off the street in street clothes and went to kitchen area with her purse, really. So unsanitary. And now the person behind me got their order before me. Then they called my order bears my and and said that’s the right one, huh. Just Awful! Worst I’ve ever been to… No more. What happened to ‘My Pleasure’ didn’t hear it one time and the other customers were complaining also.

Parking, was amazing and plentiful! The only time there might be an issue is pulling out when the customers from the drive through are leaving, as well as Home Depot customers. You have to be cautious. Service was IMPECCABLE!!! I cannot stress how amazing they took care of the line of ppl as well as myself! Everyone was friendly and smiling. There were no signs of annoyance or agitation with customers and all staff members were helpful! I was blown away with their service. Their facilities were IMMACULATE! Cleaning was constantly taking place, and they had a waiting area for carry out! That area was comfortable, with outlets for charging phones via USB and one outlet. That area shouldn’t even be there because of how fast they brought out the food! Everything there was just great! I used to think prices were outrageous, but I was wrong! It was all surprisingly affordable. No more expensive then a meal @ BK or Mickey D’s The food was good, but that’s subjective to your own taste. I’ll let you be the judge of that. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, and I recommend it, even during the lunch rush. They did a great job during that time!

Don’t like the teenage workers giving attitude at the drive thru window. For a chick fil a, you’re expecting better service than all other fast food restaurants and I don’t think this location needs to step it up. Food is good, however, sometimes fries are cold. Please improve

Recently drove down to Houston for work and my co worker and I were looking to grab a bite before we headed back to the metroplex. We decided to «Eat more chicken» during our stop on bellaire. I was extremely impressed with this location. True enough you can never go wrong with service at this chain. However, it was something different about this particular location. It seemed like they were just a tad bit more on top of their game than other locations that I have visited in TX. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Even with it being busy during lunch time they seemed to be able to balance the lunch rush just right. Not too mention the manager was greeting customers. I’ll be sure to stop here again the next time I’m in Houston! Job well done!

This location is okay, the food is perfect when they get the order correct. I have been to this location about 13 times. It is by my job, so it is easy. However my order has been wrong or missing something at least 9 times. I literally check and open each item before I pull off. If you order for 3 people triple check the order. I have never had to do this with any other location before???

We order and paid for two large frosty lemonades so we end up getting mediums, when we do say something to have it correct the manager does not come out to at least apologize. We do finally get the correct size but once we drive off the drink is full of the lemon seeds that’s never happened! So we strain the seeds more than 3tablespoons. We call the manager not only does he not apologize for it but he argues about it making excuses of them being busy. Sir you are there to run a business. Seriously that is not customer service.

This is a new location and a lot of people were excited prior to it opening. They picked a perfect location too… right off the Beltway so you cant miss it! The food and service so far was pretty good and I have no complaints. I finally had breakfast there for the first time and their chicken biscuit is to die for. Everything was fresh and hot! Luckily during the times I went there were no crowds or long lines… we always just miss the rush which is fine by me. I wish this location all the best and hope they continue to thrive!

Came into this Chick Fil A after going to the Lunar New Year Festival in Chinatown. My friend & I came inside to sit down for a quick bite with my god daughter and nephew. As always, it’s busy like most Chick Fil A restaurants are. The line was long and that was to be expected. I didn’t mind seeing a long line because the expectation is that the line will move rather quickly. But, the amount of time that they spent for each person was longer than average. Often, they have a few people working in the front with 2 people on the register and 2 handling drinks and condiments. However they had 2 people doing everything which was not efficient especially for a Saturday afternoon. But it’s Chick Fil A and of course the chicken nuggets and sandwiches are always good.

This is my 4th time coming to this particular Chick Fil A and I’ve been very happy with it so far! It just opened up so they are still working out a few kinks and training the staff, but everyone has been very friendly and the food has been great quality. They have two drive thru lines which helps cut back on time in line if you are trying to pick up food quickly. My whole office is so excited they opened this location since we are so close to it. Will definitely be a regular here!

Came into the drive-thru because I thought it would be fast since I was short on time during my lunch break. Took 20 mins just to order. When I got the food, the weight was placed disproportionately so when I made a turn all my food started spilling out. Then, for the cherry on top, they gave me the wrong drink… Altogether, even though I love Chick-fil-a, I do not plan on going back to this location.

This newly constructed location can be very busy during lunchtime. It’s located right in front of Home Depot so you’ll see a lot of construction workers frequent the restaurant. The parking lot is poorly made. As well as the drive-thru lane. I feel like it’s really cramped. I would avoid this location unless your chick-fil-a cravings are real.
