Whenever I do stop at Chick-​fil-​A for lunch I always get the number 4 I have been to a lot of locations but this one is by far the best. My sandwich is always good but this morning I bit into my sandwich if I could taste the freshness of everything. I have never had lettuce that was actually crunchy on my sandwich!

I saw a bad comment about this location, and I WANT TO COUNTER THAT. I have even here day, night, and mon-​sat. Must say, never a problem. If I have any issue, it would be they try very hard, but always success. U R THE BEST. I L B C N U LATER TODAY

The only reason I’m giving any stars right now is because of my dying love for this place.
So far everytime I go there it has not been a good experience no matter what time of day and I am utterly disappointed. I was talked to so rudely by two mangers back to back. Received cold food with old crumbly bread and a bad attitude with no apologies. Nobody smiles at the drive through anymore. Ugh being so used to going to any chic fil a restaurant in the city and having the most fantastic service you ever had in life that’s what I loved about chic fil a. They definitely ruined that for me. Not pleased at all. Not recommended at all!

I LOVE chickfila. during this pregnancy especially! However, I bought dinner for my family here on Monday and asked for buffalo sauce, ranch, chickfila sauce and ketchup for 3 «upsized meals» and I received one ketchup, one ranch, one chickfila sauce, and one buffalo sauce. Good thing is that we ate our meals at home and of course I have Heinz ketchup at home. Maybe I should have been more specific and asked for one chickfila sauce, one buffalo, two ranch and at lease 3 ketchups? Anywho, I love and crave chickfila with this pregnancy so I went again today and I was specific when ordering my condiments. I asked for two ketchups and two buffalo sauces. Well! I only got 2 ketchups in my bag. I would have been happy to have received one of each at this point. Very disappointed when I got home to enjoy my meal. its just not the same when you don’t have the sauce to enjoy your food. My waffles were also a little too brown. I will have to make the drive to the location off of 45 and Louetta from now on.

Food tasted very good. Order was prepared promptly and servers were attentive for refills. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. My favorite is combo 1
The place gets crowded and during lunch hour the lines become lengthy. They have about 4 – 5 registers open, so be patient, as lines move swiftly
They have a server that brings your food to your table and one that continues to check up with you for your refills and to pick up any dirty trays
Chick fila has free wifi, so U can enjoy surfing while eating your favorite fast food. Since this location is on a shopping strip and kroger, there is no shortage of parking. Also restaurant itself is spacious with an indoor playroom for children.
Enjoy the true and real chicken breast sandwich.

Customer service is always fantastic. The drive through is 2 lanes. They have the process down to a science.

I love this location. It’s not trashy like most fast food places in the city but this place keeps a clean atmosphere and every time I came here it’s the best service. I love the food was a little scared about the grilled nuggets but still good.

I eat at this Chick-​fil-​A at least three times a week. The food and the service is good. But I have to admit I was disappointed and have not returned since they did not honor teacher appreciation week.

Picked up an order. The tea was super weak and they didn’t give us any sauces, despite asking, so we went back but didn’t notice they left out one of our kids’ meals. Disorganized and frenetic. Then, when my husband gave his chicken nuggets to our daughter (because we were in a rush and already went back once to get sauce) he discovered his twelve piece nugget only had 11. No straws and very few napkins. They also had us searching the car for a pen to sign the receipt because they didn’t have one. We usually don’t go to this one, but we tried it out because we missed another location that has always had excellent service. A new one opening right by our house soon, so we’ll just eliminate this one from our rotation due to its poor service.

You know what to expect from Chic-​Fil-​A, clean, great staff and above par food for fast food. One thing I’ll like to mention: I was having lunch today and before I sat down to eat, an employee, Sara was cleaning the table.
Not sure if the staff reads this but hopefully they do. Sara is a kind person and she ask how my day was and we had a short conversation. She made my day, she exuded happiness and sense of positivity that was refreshing. I wish more people are like Sara– Sara I applaud you.
Btw I don’t know Sara, never met her prior to today.

I usually don’t write reviews. But I may start. Anyway, I just had to write a review about this chick fil a! The staff is so freakin nice and get you in and out! I’ve never had a problem going to this chick fil a!

Not going well, it’s been about 20 mins waiting on my order. I just order a number one, it’s my last time coming here.

Moral standards have benefits.
After all this time of not spending my own money at a Chick-​fil-​A (whole hating gay stand) I find myself hungry, with no good choices but I am traveling so technically not my own money. Ok, I give in. I’ve heard so many people rave about their chicken!
I have to say it’s been a few years since I’ve eaten fast food but I don’t think that was it, this was horrible! The chicken was soggy and greasy as hell. The bun was dull and sandwich was plain old bland. I also got a 3 pack of fingers and they were the same, soggy, greasy and just plain bad.
Ate three bites of the sandwich and one finger and the rest in the trash, where they (company and food) belong!

Location is ALWAYS SLOW and out of exactly what I want. I am here right now and they are out of chow mien noodles and ALL meats simultaneously. I’m completely serious. Who runs this crappy location?

Only reason I come here is bc it’s the closest one near my house, but really SO SLOW at giving you you’re food. multiple times I’ve been promised a 5 – 10 min wait for 8nugget meal and it took 20… Seriously for nuggets, fries and a drink. It was ridiculous and all they said was «sorry for the wait have a good day» thank you for making me late to work! Again!

I really like this location off of 45 and 1960 in the Kroger parking lot. The staff is very nice and respectable. I love that they have a diverse staff always being sure to say «ma’am» and «sir» or even baby like they are your grandparent something. Even though the line was ridiculous in the morning for all the people trying to get breakfast (like me lol) at the last minute. I was in and out in 9 minutes! And they didn’t mess up my order. They have an efficient team to say the least. You can go inside but it’s not not any faster of your trying to skip the line. I could be wrong but I feel like most of the staff is trying to get drive through customers out of the way so you’ll still end up waiting the same amount of time. People I saw walk inside while I was in line were still waiting inside for their food. Yeah. Suckas … Your not skipping lol

Great place.
1) I was so happy when this opened around my area.
2) The chicken burgers and waffle fries was awesome.
3) The service was quick and helpful.
4) For fast food, this place is excellent. Great customer service!

This Chic Fil A has gotten much slower compared to the rest. Love the food, but the service quality is not up to par. Whatever training they use for the other locations would be highly appreciated if used at this location.

Hands down the best fast food chain in Houston!
I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on the menu. For breakfast I normally get the chicken burrito or the Chick-​Fil-​A minis and for lunch I usually get the regular chicken sandwich or the nuggets… If you get the nuggets the chick-​fil-​a sauce or the classic polynesian sauce is a must…

If we ask our kids what they want for lunch or dinner on a day that we don’t really feel like cooking, 10 times of of 10, they will say ChickfilA. There’s something about the chicken strips that my kids and wife seem to really love. They can eat them every day.
I’m not a big fan of the chicken strips my self, but I do enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese with waffle fries and an ice cold lemonade.
The food may be good, but what really makes this chain great is the friendliness of its employees. Ever since this location opened, I have had superior fast service from every employee Ive dealt with.
PS– Lemonade is awesome. :)
