Terrible absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars I would give it to them. Walked in at 3:30 waited 3 – 4 minutes at the hostess stand nobody came to seat is so we sat our selves. Waited again as wait staff walked by us like we weren’t even there. Finally we flagged one down who said she would be right back and apologized for the wait. We’re now 10 minutes in and finally have menus after being ignored again for about 7 more minutes we just got up and left. I will never ever go back to this location ever again.

I love Chili’s in general and it saddens me when one location always seems to have issues. This location has possibly the worst service of any Chili’s I’ve ever eaten at(including international locations in the ME). The food quality has always been excellent, but service has lacked. Examples of the last few visits over a 6-month period: 15 minutes to get my «party of two» seated with one midsize group in front of us. The maître d’ just took off to bus the table and move tables around. No busboy to be seen. She ended up having 5 couples waiting for seats that were available… during lunch hour. I keep ordering the new specialty burgers that are supposed to have a specific sauce on them as well as some one the side(this is printed in the menu). I’ve gotten a dry burger 3 out of 5 tries. Drink refill? Hope you’re not in a hurry. Average wait from bone-empty glass to a refill arriving on the table has been 20 minutes on my last 5 visits. One might wonder why I keep going back. I guess I’m like a lovelorn ex who keeps hoping they’ll change. It’s also one of the few sit-down options in the Greenspoint area.

So I finally came back hoping things had changed here. I am sitting here with an empty water AND an empty tea. I stooped the waitress and asked could I get guacamole for an apetizer. She said, I’ll just bring out your salad now. What!!! I never got the guacamole either. Another waitress brought my tacos when I asked her to check to see if they were ready. This waitress is literally ig pring me for a larger table. My tip isn’t good enough? I actually notmalltly tip 20% but today, you’re getting a well deserved penny I will never grace these doors again

After waiting an hour and a half JUST to be seated because they are short staffed(with over 20 tables open.) We were told there are 50 food tickets in front of us and it will be 1 – 2 hours until we get food! I am not mad that they are short staffed or even that they got behind in the kitchen. People are Human they make mistakes! BUTWHYNOTTELLMETHISBEFORE I WAITANDWASTEMYTIME!!! BAD management! Do NOT put your employees through that! Do the RIGHT thing and tell people the truth that you are so behind it will take 1 – 3 hour to catch up and you need to turn people away. Sad thing is the waiting area was packed and they kept telling people 10 – 15 minutes. DONOTLIEANDWASTETIME!

Ok, waited to be seated. Timely only waited 10 minutes, even though large party ahead of us. Once seated the fun begin. We waited 10 minutes and no one took our drink order. 5 more minutes passed and hostess stopped and asked had we been served the reply was no. She went to the back to get a waitress who returned to take the couples order behind us who came afire we arrived. We assumed she would come to us after she took their order, but she left to only return later to ask the couple if they were ready to order. My husband and I sat for a couple more minutes when he went to the front to get the hostess for assistance. I found the manager and asked him to help. Very nice guy. Don’t remember his name but he took our drink order and offered us some chips and salsa. He got us s great waitress. We often go to chilis my son loves this place, our first time at this location and possibly last. Overall service started out negative but the turnaround might be positive. Attentive waitress and good customer service goes a long way. TBC.

I had dinner here for the fourth time and every time I come here it doesn’t get any better the service is terrible and the food is prepared poorly like if the staff in foh and boh don’t take pride in the food and service the provide will not be returning here because it’s always disappointing a waste of time and money

They don’t even deserve one star but I have to give something. This place is RIDICULOUS!!! The place was pretty much ghost town. They were definitely over staffed for the amount of customers they had(which was less than a handful). There were multiple tables, more than one or two that have not been cleaned. You would think since they were over staffed they would have a few people to clean the tables but nope! Our waiter was not too friendly and seemed like he did not want to be there. When the food arrived it was cold and it took a long time to get my meal which was an appetizer(triple dipper) I will never visit this location ever in my life. Makes me not want to ever step foot in another chilis restaurant and if I do it’ll be my regular location on the westside of Houston.

The waitress was okay, nasty food, 6:00 pm visit chicken fried steak was so salty I drank 3 glasses of tea trying to eat it, corn on cob was so old the kernels were sunken in, mashed potatoes were cold. 35 dollars for cold food. Stop spending so much money on commercials and train your cooks. Called after leaving, now that you pay by tablet the waitress doesnot have to come back to table to ask if the food is good or not. But the manger told me he would give me gift cerificate for another try, when are these managers goimg to get a clue, if you do your job the food will be served hot. MANAGEYOURSTORE. I am a frequent patron of the chilis franchise, & today I decided to visit the 10955 N Fwy, Houston, TX77037 location. I am appalled by the service I received. Upon entering the chilis there was a panhandler with a sign begging for money right outside the door and none of the staff seemed to see this as an issue. Once I got inside there was no hostess there to greet or seat my party. I waited for 10 minutes before asking the bartender who told me someone would be there shortly. Another 5 minutes passed before a server asked if we had been greeted and then said«nobody does their job here» then sat us. Once we finally sat down the server told us they were out of potatoes and French fries which was troubling because my meal included mashed potatoes. When I asked the manager what could be done about the time I experienced while there she told me there was nothing she was willing to do except substitute my mashed potatoes for another side. After this exchange we decided to leave, I’ve never felt so neglected by any other restaurant before.

Let’s get started with the initial greeting, the hostess was nice and everything, most likely the highlight of my night: D They took about 10 minutes to take our drinks, we ordered 2 appetizers upon request of our drinks. White queso with spinach and table side guacamole and boy that guacamole must be so good I’m still waiting for it, 2 days later: D After 20 minutes of cups dryer than the Sahara I had to ask for refills on our lemonade and my unsweetened tea and let me tell you this, she gave me tea so sweet I got diabetes before drinking it. Would I recommend this place to anyone? I’d recommend it to Hitler maybe, even so that’s 6 million times more cruel than he ever was. I don’t recommend this place, goodbye

While I can’t say anything bad about the service we had, I will say beware of this place if you value your health. This chilis gave my fiancé the worst case of food poisoning I have ever seen(a whole week of being sick, maybe more… I’ll spare you the details). I was also really sick for a day, which I’m assuming was because I had a few bites off his plate. We originally thought it was the flu, but a trip to the doctor has confirmed it was food poisoning. I thought something about his quesadilla tasted a bit odd…

I had lunch here today with a couple of friends from work. I am typically not a fan of Chili’s and this one is no different. The service was good, but the food and cleanliness was bad. Lunch started with the spoon in my tea having some food still stuck on it. It continued with the tacos which came out cold and very dry. The beans and rice were also cold and quite bland. The manager did come over to apologize and offer to replace them, but we were in a hurry. He took the meal off the check, but the damage was done. Too many choices of restaurants in the area for me to give them another shot.

Came here for lunch on June 2nd with some of my business colleagues. There were 9 of us, and the hostess was accommodating in setting up the table. We usually meet at the 1960 and I 45 location and we are used to great service. In this case, our waitress was either having an off day or just frazzled. The food did not come out as ordered nor was it timed. However, the new chicken soft tacos on the lunch menu was spectacular. Made with fresh ingredients, chimichurri and avocado and was wonderful. I can’t say much for the other diners as I had to leave prior to them receiving some of the food. Service was horrible as I had to wait quite a while to even get a check and I couldn’t just leave cash since I was paying for everyone. Nevertheless, I heard that the manager was going to comp the entire table due to the service issues. In my book, the manager made it right and I will certainly bring my staff back for lunch again.

Well we got there and sat down waited like 15 minutes before we even got to order our drinks. Then we waited another 15 minutes to get the drinks and he just waslked aeay and didnt take our food order. Afrer waiting a while we were getting pretty angry so we asked another waiter to take our order which surprise surprise took a long time to come out as well. When it came out the spinach dip seemed old nephews chicken was cold. Everything else was okay l, just okay. Worst service ever definitely not going to this location again. Ohh and the other customers were loud and rude stared us down as we walked in and loudly speaking bad language while there are kids all around.

I cannot imagine worse customer service at a restaurant bar. 2 bar tenders and 9 patrons at the bar. 10 minutes without a drink order taken by the bartenders. Then the drink was empty for 20 minutes without a drink order taken to refill. Obviously the food took quite a while too. With so many empty tables and empty seats, maybe it would make sense to really try to keep the customers when it is empty on a Friday night. Good luck maintaining a business!

We arrived around one in the afternoon, not too busy but busier than our last time here. I’m not hard of hearing or anything but the hostess started talking to us when we entered and I couldn’t hear a word she was saying. Just very… Very soft spoken. Not a big deal. She said she didn’t have any tables available so they would need to clean one. What? You mean. You do have tables but they’re all just dirty? Kinda funny. We waited about five or ten mins for them to clean a table and we got the booth. Saw a lot of new menu items since our last visit. After ten minutes at the table a server came to us and said no one has helped us so she was going to. It was a weird interaction because everything she said was in the form of a question… Very strange. Ordered the fried pickles and chicken tacos. Fried pickles weren’t that great at all, wouldn’t order them again. Chicken tacos were good… Just good. Overall service was as expected as was the food. Dependable place to just get by for lunch.

I wish there are Chilis in the area where I live in. Service was poor, slow. Food was good, like I expected Chilis to be. Southwest Eggrolls: Just awesome. Wings: Decent. Loaded Potatoes with Bacon: good. {in general other items that we like at Chilis:\ Their new top shelf tacos are good: Ranchero Chicken is spicy and really good; Spicy Shrimp tacos: Had both spicy and sweet taste: which made it decent/good. Rice it came with was just awesome Appetizer: Crispy cheddar bites: this was good. Spiced Panko Onion rings: just a fancy name… but nothing more than traditional onion rings: just okay: can skip this.
