When my Prius battery (not the hybrid battery) died, this Christian Brothers service center took me in the same morning I called. They had a replacement battery delivered to them and I had my car back by late afternoon. They offer rides to/​from while your car is with them, but what I liked most is that Chris and Jared were very straightforward about there being other possible reasons for the problem other than the battery itself, and I really appreciate being able to make an informed decision. I will take my cars there again.

Absolutely great experience. Customer service was top notch. I was going to stay there with my truck and wait. They weren’t going to be able to get my needed part from a truck for 4 hours so the owner himself went and picked it up somewhere. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I will be going there for my truck and my wife’s car from now on.

Excellent service on my vehicle and excellent customer service. Never had a problem or question that was not addressed or answered. I recommend everyone to go there.

All I Can say is idiots. Went in with right directional signal out. Sent the first guy out to change bulb but new bulb didn’t work. I asked him to check the fuzes witch he did and said they were OK. Going on the word of the Yahoo they sent out to install bulb they told me that my van will need a complete electrical diagnostic cost $ 68.00.After about a half hour they said the van was finished. I asked what the problem was he said blown fuze. Total Cost $ 98.99.This was Space Center Blvd. Branch.

Let me start with letting you know that I am a repeat customer at this particular CBA, which means they typically offer decent service. The prices are a little higher than another local and trustworthy mechanic, but it is so easy to get your car in so it’s typically worth the extra money.
On my recent visit I was very disappointed. I called in for two services; one was necessary the other was more diagnostic. I was quoted 30 minutes. After waiting almost an hour (which often happens they run a little long on services) I was given the estimate for the diagnostic and my other necessary service (oil change) wasn’t performed. Obviously I was irritated and when I brought it up to the representative he said, «Well it’s too late now because that service will take over an hour. You can just bring it back when you get your AC fixed». I thought to myself, «I was already waiting for this»! Anyway, today wasn’t a good day at CBA and I’m so irritated I am waitinga couple of days in this Texas heat to take my business to the other reliable and less expensive competitor.

Great service and work. I brought in my F150 and wife’s Nissan. They do a great job every time. They also call and send emails when your car is ready. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work that they do… Wish we could still use them but we’ve now moved out of the area.

Best thing this place has going for it is the shuttle service. I am not pleased with the work. I asked them to check my brakes they told me they were fine. Two weeks later they had to replace the rotors and the brakes. It kind of gave me pause but I decided to give them another chance.
My husbands car had a brake job three weeks prior and come to find out the tires they had to take off to do the repairs were cracked on the inside. The tires were really bad with the steel belt showing through. He asked them when we brought it in to check out the car since we hadn’t had much maintenance done on it. To have taken off the tires and missed this is inexcusable. The tires were in the front and extremely dangerous to drive on. We took the car back with pictures of the tires. They charged us for a front end alignment with no apologies or explanation.
Two different cars with different problems. Each time was a screw up on their part. We were never offered any compensation or even an apology. The last straw was when they wanted four times as much as two other shops to replace a catalytic converter.
We will never be going back to this place again.

Friendly car repair service! This morning, I lathered the kids with sunscreen and jumped in the car to go to the local pool, only to find that the damn car wouldn’t stop!!! I had to get a friend to jump it to even get it to start, then drove it straight to Christian Bros.
They have worked on my car before, so I knew I could trust them for fast and fair service. They called within two hours to tell me that it only needed a new battery and to make sure I wanted them to replace it. When I said yes, he even asked twice (since I’m sure it’s cheaper to replace yourself). I wouldn’t know where to start, so I asked him to complete the service.
He called back ten minutes before six to tell me that my car was ready and the charge, which was the exact amount I was quoted earlier! I didn’t have a ride up there, he offered the complimentary shuttle service. I had a friend who could take me but after their usual 6pm closing time. He said it would be NO PROBLEM to wait for me.
