Church’s Chicken

Surprisingly clean and well kept. A little lacking in urgency; took them a little while to clean up a spill made by my father. My parents thought the chicken fried steak was better than Denny’s. Overall a fine experience.

Richard was my cashier after he helped an impossible customer get her rather overly complicated order in. I ordered the number 4 with a side of coleslaw. Well when I got my order I only got 3 of the four «chicken strips» I’m not sure what part of the chicken thy got mine from but their definition is questionable at best. The biscuit was über dry and the coleslaw was pretty much cabbage soup. Immediately after my card was swiped, I regretted that I had spent $ 10 on 4 strips because strangely enough there was a sticker in the window that read that I could get 10 strips, or pieces of chicken, or wings for the same $ 10!!! However you cut it, I think I’ll keep my chicken needs to myself or reserve them for a better fast food facility. …maybe I’ll try that Cane’s place. At least I know they do use the actual strip and not this weird thing called a strip here. (It’s more of a combination of skin, flour, and a chicken shard. Bad form Church’s. I’m unimpressed.

The food is fine! My complaint is the drive thru! The service in the drive thru is always slow, whether they are packed or not! I’ve been waiting 8 mins in the drive thru and I’m the only car in it! Please do better!!!

SUPER friendly greet you as you walk in its new but the establishment is very clean to be a church’s i have seen some that was not well kept
