Cici’s Pizza

I like the cicis pizza carry out. I was here the other day to order a spinach pizza. The wait was not to bad, took about ten minutes to receive my pizza. Got home and the pizza was still warm and delicious !

I personally don’t like Cicisand the idea of a artificial and cold pizza. I don’t like this place. It’s dusty, the food selection is limited, just dirty. I’d take my business somewhere else if I were you.

Some of the pizza had been there a while (looked plastic), and a customer stood at the register for 5 minutes unnoticed by staff as they chatted it up by the kitchen rear. Had weird floating particles in my cup/​water. I prefer the location on I-​10 near Tinseltown

This experience was the first food experience of my life. When chewing on my second bite, an inch wide corner to a plastic bag (most likely sauce or cheese hit the back of my throat. I asked for a refund and still have not been granted it.

Worst service ever for the second time! !!!
Manager AJ (WHICH she screamed at the customer) from deer park store got into a cursing screaming match with a guest who was videotaping the buffet with one. . yes one pizza on it… pizza was spinach alfredo. It was cold and hard. what??? WHO DOES THAT? ??? What poor management, poor customer service. …
drive thru customers were waiting inside for over 30 minutes. Asked for a cheese pizza took over 25 minutes. Still don’t have it. We will never ever come here again. No stars! !!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

This place was disgusting. None of the fountain drinks were working. Floor was dirty. AND there were roaches on the plates and next to the pizza! !!!

Horrible service pizzas are cold, not a huge selection for buffet line. Not so friendly staff, unprofessional fly’s running through out the establishment.

Before I start, let me say I’ve eaten way too much pizza at way too many CiCi’s franchises/​branches. I know what to expect.
At this particular CiCi’s the experience is just horrible. I thought maybe I showed up on a bad day the first time, so I gave it several more chances over a couple of months. I had the same experience every time. I refuse to go back.
First, when you enter the restaurant, nobody is at the front to greet you, which has always been a staple at CiCi’s. «Hi, Welcome to CiCi’s!» is something you will NOT hear at this CiCi’s. You stand around and hope someone comes around the corner to take your money.
Once they have your money, you round the corner to find a buffet filled with… nothing. A few stale pizzas with the fewest toppings possible. Often, the buffet is over half empty. The foldover pizza is almost all bread, very little filling. They never make deep dish or supreme unless you special order it. In fact, almost anything except cheese, bbq and sausage pizza ends up being a special order. That’s because they put out the «good» pizzas so rarely that it’s always picked through.
At most CiCi’s, if what you want isn’t on the buffet right now, you can get a salad, eat that, and come back and they will have refilled the buffet. At this CiCi’s, you can be there for 30 minutes and they might put out ONE pizza onto the buffet.
So, if you DO go to this CiCi’s, make sure to special order everything you want and be prepared to wait. Because it ain’t gonna be ready for you.

First off do not go here during the earlier day hours if you don’t speak Spanish. Most of the employees don’t speak English. I think the cashier is the only one who does. They always disappear to the back to hang out or whatever and it is hard to get someone who speaks English so I can place a order for a special pizza to be made. Therefore my pizza is always made wrong. I have been here more than once and it the same thing. So customer service is horrible, food is overcooked and of poor quality at this location. Well during the early day hours at least. I have been here during the evening hours once and the customer service is better as well as the food variety and quality.

Love the cinnamon rolls and the pasta. The best pizza is the Buffalo chicken and the cheese. they have good variety of pizza
