Disgusting. Health inspector need to check this place out and shut it down. Floors are covered in old soda and food. Would rather use a gas station restroom than the one there. Makes me question the sanitary condition of the kitchen.

This location was not what I expected at all. Because I purchased a Groupon, I could not go to my normal location (on Cypress Creek Pkwy/FM 1960 in North Oaks Shopping Mall), I had to go to this location with my family. I really regret it because this location has no variety and employees lack enthusiasm. The pizza has been sitting out for hours and is cold. Everyone keeps asking them to bring out more but they refuse. I don’t think I will be back here again.

I’ve got a few words for this place:
–Franchise — Seems like it’s been forgotten by any kind of management.
–Ceiling Fan: They need them since the A/C doesn’t work — If you sit still long enough, you might catch a breeze when someone passes.)
–The Parmesan has beaded up in the containers from the heat.
–I thank God it’s nearly empty or people would be breathing in the partial cool air in this building.
–Customer Service — I wish these employees knew what that was. Staff will overlook you and upon requests, they catch an attitude.
–Carbonation: I wish any of the drinks had it.

Not that I’ve been to many cici’s, but this was one of the worst one’s I’ve been to. THe place was weirdly huge but completely empty. The only other table in our area was a clown who posted up in cici’s. The pizza was not good, plus there were not many options. Out of the 10 or so pizza racks, 3 of them were cheese and 3 pepperoni. Little variety. The pasta bar was also always empty. Bad service, bad food. Now I remember why I never come to cici’s.

Welcome to the ghetto. You know where you are? Your at Cici’s baby. …your gonna die!
I brought my son here because he had a coupon that he got from his teacher for his birthday.
Came in on a Friday evening. Wasn’t too busy. The food was terrible. The pizzas had been sitting out for quite some time. I asked if I could get a cheese pizza made, and was told no. …Because their were 3 pieces left of the last cheese pizza. I then grabbed the last 3 pieces, went to my table, took a bite or of each slice, then threw them away.
Now, can I have a cheese pizza?
This place is ran by kids who have no idea what customer service is about. And the manager was busy checking his status on Facebook.
If you want to waste your hard earned money, this is the place to do it. If you value the amount of work needed to earn a dollar, then go spend it where it will be appreciated.
