C-​I-​T-​I CITI TRENDS is a no win for me. I went in out of curiosity to see if I could find a trendy yet fashionable blouse or dress to wear to an event that called for all white. Since I’m not a fan of wearing white and do not wear it often, I did not want to spend a lot on the outfit. There were a few nice looking pieces in the store – far an in between – but a few that catch your eye. However, if you’re observant like moi, you will see the shoddy «workmanship» let me be honest-​cheaply made knockoffs that have available in the store. If you’re the kind of person who seeks quality clothing, then this place is NOT for you. I do have to say that the shoes are quite ecentric and interesting, but there is absolutely no cushion in shoes from stores like this. You’ll pay in the long run going to the doctor to remove those bunions and fix those hammer toes from trying to look cute in 2 cent fashions. The only positive I can give for this store was the customer service. There was a blouse that I thought I could pull off for an evening affair (darkness is a girl’s best friend for cheaply made attire), but there was no price tag on that particular item. After asking an employee on the floor about it, she looked around until she found the display for the item in the store versus telling me or pointing me in the direction of the item. Of course, that is what anyone expects from retail workers in the store, but I think no one is surprised that this is less common and applauded when it is done with a smile. Honeslty, I still do not know how to rate this store after writing this review. Hate to give them a 1, but I don’t see myself going back to this place
