I used to take my dry cleaning to Alter Alley due to the convenience of the location, as well as the inexpensive prices. However, after picking up shirts missing buttons or identifying tags stapled to a few collars, I opted NAY– the low prices didn’t make up for the poor quality of service and the holes– albeit small– in my clothes.
Moreover, I was tired of listening to the regular morning clerk swear like a sailor in front of customers– including little old ladies. Not so classy.
