CME Printing

The members of the staff were very approachable and they gladly answered all my questions regarding prints. When I got there, the receptionist surprisingly greeted me. So, I thought she was nicer than any other receptionist I’ve encountered.
The receptionist invited me to sit in the waiting room and handed me the proofs on time. The proof prints showed an impressive quality. And I recognized all those awesome samples on the table and their high quality prints were visually spectacular. Then she sat next to me and ensured everything was approved by me.
The art director approached and greeted me. She was willing to spend a lot of time to answer my difficult questions. She also asked for print specifications and it showed me that she was very knowledgeable about print materials. I was so glad to know she was able to help me with everything. Additionally, the quote forms were very brief and concise, but she even explained all those details to me so it definitely saved a lot of my time. Overall, the experience was so great!
So, I highly recommend this company to any clients and even graphic designers. Thank you, CME Printing for your amazing customer services. Well done! :-D

I had a wonderful experience with CME Printing! I was in charge of the invitations for our company party, we wanted a high-​end invitation and I needed it fast. WOW! I got exactly what I wanted and more. The designs at CME created a custom invitation and the paper they recommend was impressive. During our party almost everyone came up to me to tell me how beautiful the invitations are, thank you CME for making me look good. I will use them for our next event as well as for our office printing.

Worse customer service ever!!! Never coming here again. It takes days for them to give you a call back or email and they don’t get anything done in time.
They never have anyone at the receptionist desk, so when you walk in, no one greets you or is there to help you out, except the dog that’s running around (cute, but unprofessional).
They sounded really nice on the phone and really helpful, but in reality, they had the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I tried seeing if I could talk to the manager, or anyone else in charge, but EVERYONE who was in charge was on vacation at the same time! If management can’t handle the company, it’s no wonder the staff can’t.
