Wow, pretty hard with the 1 stars in this place aren’t we? I can’t say that I experienced what everybody else did but if you have ever entered a phone store where you sign in, a representative/associate directs you to their desk/table and they gingerly help you. I was returning a router that came to me defective and me thinking I was going to have to fight tooth and nail after reading the other reviews I think I must have stumbled upon them on a positive training day or something. I was taken to the back side of the store and my router was exchanged no questions asked. My information was on their computers via the phone tech that was trying to help me with my problem. In and out within 15 minutes I would like to say thank you Comcast/Xfinity for over 119 megabytes of downloadable stream and for great customer service today.

This place sucks. The customer service sucks. They are so slow. I recommend that you turn in your equipment and get AT&T. I did and have no regrets. I will never return to Comcast.

Comcast is HORRENDOUS… cut your cable people. DONOTSUBSIDIZELIBERALAGENDAS of TURNERWARNERCABLE. There are FREE alternatives, just do some research for your area. UNAMERICAN Cable cut me off for thanksgiving without a warning(as they have in the past) for a $ 20 past due bill. BOY !!, did they show me !!! So i went DISH. This is how i do it…

The service was down and a repairman came out to fix it. He tore up the communication box and left a mess. We didn’t want to shove it back in for fear of damaging something or pulling out wire that would mess up service, and we could hear another apartment’s cable TV coming to the box When I called to request they come back out and properly fix the box, the manager said he spoke to the repairman who said he had put everything away. When I said I took a picture of it and would send it to him then he agreed to send someone back out. I didn’t feel comfortable with him sending back the original guy, and he said he wouldn’t send him out again but of course he did anyway. So I had to wait around for him to show up again and he just shoved it all back in. At least the service is back up.
