I have been living here for about 1 year and I haven’t had a problem with the neighbors or the service, I had a problem with the electrical and my toilet and they responded to it quick. The pool is sparking clean and they have laundry rooms everywhere (they give you $ 1 free the first time you get a money card for the washer/​dryers), their is also a fitness center and free 1 day movie rentals. Apartments are worth what you pay for.
