Cossio’s Automatic Transmission Service

My husband brought his vehicle for front and rear alignment. He went around noon and the advise him to leave the car there since the technicians had gone for lunch. My husband did not mind since he did not made an appointment. They said they will call him when it was done. He said ok and will come back after work. He asked what time they closed and they informed him at 6 pm. He went after work to pick up his vehicle at 5:30 pm. He figured 5 hours would be enough time. When he got there they told him it was not done yet and that they will get to it soon. Seems like they got to it at 5:30. He said ok he would go get something to eat and come back. They called him at 5:45 and said it was done. So what would of been a 5 hour job they did it in 15 minutes. The owner said they only did the front alignment and not the rear because they needed to order a part to be able to complete the task. My husband said ok call me tomorrow with the price so I can make arrangements to bring it back. A few days went by with no call back. My husband followed up with a call two weeks later and the owner said «yes I remember I will try to get the price for the part and call you back». We never got a call back from this place. My husband just took his car to Northside Lexus and they did the job on a Saturday for $ 150.00. Will we come back to Cossios? No we won’t and we won’t recommend to our friends and family. What is really upsetting is not calling back.
