A great place if you are looking for bulk amounts of craft supplies. Just the amount of ribbon is amazing. They also have a Christmas store with some wonderful decorations at good prices.

WOW, this place is amazing and how did I not know it was arround?! I read on another review before going that it was Hobby Lobby on steriods and that is 100% accurate. They even have a seperate shop for just Christmas items. This is my new favorite store!

I went place for the first time last Saturday. The store can be a overwhelming, but the staff was very attentive which made it manageable.
Pros: A very helpful staff, an amazing selection to satisfy anyone’s personal taste.
Cons: location is hidden, bulk buying (example no 25 feet ribbon only 25 yards, not one gift bag, a dozen)

Get your GPS to play nice and you will find this place hidden in the midst of Harwin, you may want to pack of the glock kind. Large blue awning spells their name. Parking another story, be imaging that space and you will find one. As others have said it does reflect Parmer goods, and the selection of books, note cards for friends were atypical of Half-​Price books, outstanding selection of Frank Lloyd Wright if you like coffee table books.
Root candles, mucho smells enough to require bottled water to drink as you meander (hopefully not with a buggy), too tight. Christmas store was in the process of making the decorations for the City of Sugar Land and this seems to be their deal to market more to the grander side of corporate — individuals will score items that they would have seen at the Dallas gift market. If you know how to shop then you will know their pricing is high on some items that are comparable to other retail stores and some items are better priced, i.e., their ribbons, same ones you buy at Corneilus but less.
Would come back, organized layout, dress way casual, leave the jewels at home.

If you like Christmas stuff, you’ll love this place. Although it wasn’t as wonderful as described to me, and I didn’t end up buying anything. One one side of the place has lots of books, and ribbon, and fake flowers. On the other side is a huge warehouse full of Christmas stuff. Which, if you own a huge home, this place is perfect. Most of the stuff, I found way too big for my own house, and the prices weren’t that great compared to Michael’s or Hobby Lobby. They had huge Santa sleighs in front for purchase, and yard stuff galore. They also had lots and lots of big decorations for big Christmas trees. In the end, it turns out, I drove out to a seedy side of town, and wasn’t impressed.

Great décor warehouse. It is like a Michael’s or Hobby Lobby on steroids.
