Cravens Electric

After talking with five electricians who either never showed up for our appointments or said they could not figure my wiring out, I was nervous about paying the cost to have someone come out, in case they couldn’t get the job done.
I asked if I could bring my gate opener to Cravens Electric, so they could take a look. Justin allowed me to come first thing in the morning, and said if he couldn’t do anything, he wouldn’t charge me the consultation fee. He wired my machine in just ten minutes (the same machine others couldn’t figure out), gave me the next steps as to how the machine should be hooked up properly, and instructions on where to go and what to buy so the rest of the process wasn’t expensive. Cravens’ price was great, and I am so happy to finally have that part of my project finished.
I will use Cravens Electric again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs electrical work. I’ll post a good review of this company everywhere I can.

Well to make a long story short, the city of Houston is going around and making all multi-​units
up to code. Which is a good thing. So when it was our turn (my mom owns a small multi-​unit)
we needed to be up to code, that was a different story. So of course, trying to be a good daughter, I was looking for a master electrician that could do the work that the city was requiring for it to pass inspection. The city can be a bit picky to say the least. After looking and calling around I found Cravens Electric. They were a God sent. Spoke with Barbara (multiple times) set an appointment to meet with Justin at the apartments and we went through everything that needed to be done. A day later, they sent me a contract with a price, and a payment schedule. Great, because we had a deadline to meet. The next week, Justin and his crew were out there at 7am sharp, working. Justin has really great communication skills and in a job this big, that was a plus. Especially dealing with the city, it can get quite complicated.
Justin even went out of his way to meet me at the permitting center to drop off the permit. That way really nice of him.
The job got done in less 48 hrs, and we are still waiting for the inspectors.
Cravens Electric guarantees their work. Everyone was very professional and cleaned up after they finished and did a walk through to make sure everything was done.
In the future, if I need an electrician, no matter how big or small of a job in Houston, I will definitely call Cravens.
